At CPCA, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing Affordable Housing by increasing the number of safe and affordable homes through homeowner rehabilitation projects and through obtaining and/or constructing new properties targeting low-income individuals and families. We are always striving to make a difference by helping individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency... CPCA is the lead agency for eight (8) food pantries operated in Centre County and nine (9) in Clearfield County, providing oversight for State Food Purchase Program (SFPP) dollars and The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) funding. Food Pantry services provide emergency and supplemental food and food stamp application assistance. Income eligibility guidelines for the state or federal food program are 150% of poverty and below... CPCA provides housing and utility assistance and services to help alleviate homelessness and through providing utility assistance.
