FAMILY LAW CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY

Family Law Clinical Psychology Services provides assessments and reports for the Family Law Courts to help determine if emotional, psychological, cognitive ability (problem solving skills) or mental health issues affect the ability of a parent to look after their child safely. We also provide assessments of children to see if there are characteristics about a child which may affect parenting or be the result of less than good enough parenting... We were established in 2002 to provide Expert Witness reports predominantly to the Family Law Court. Our motto is 'a culture of quality' as we specialise in quality reports which are culturally syntonic... We use the latest assessment tools available to provide individual reports for each client. We work with solicitors, CAFCASS, local authorities, and families to find out what may help a family either in pre-proceedings or proceedings.
