We moved to Stephen Avenue Place in April 2024 and changed our name to Avenue Physio. The clinic has been in business for 40 years with the name Fifth Ave Physio operating in three different locations on 5th Avenue SW, and one Clinic on 4th Avenue SW. When we moved to 9th Avenue we recognized the need to keep things simple and renamed the clinic to simply Avenue Physio.
