Great Plains Health is an independent not-for-profit healthcare system. All revenue is reinvested back into the organization to support the enhancement and improvement of patient care for the region. The Foundation supports important projects that are vital to enhancing healthcare,but may not receive priority funding due to limited hospital resources. Furthermore, all decisions are made locally and based upon the needs of the population served in west-central Nebraska by community volunteers serving on both the hospital board and foundation board...
