Joan Currie is experienced in representation of clients in Family, Criminal and Civil Courts. Joan is a qualified Solicitor Advocate and trained in Collaborative Law. She is also a member of the Childrens Order Panel and Guardian ad Litem Agency panel (appointed to represent children in Court proceedings). Joan has particular interest and expertise in all Family Law matters relating to children and in relation to divorce and ancillary relief.

Paul Haughey qualified as a solicitor in 1999. He is vastly experienced in representation of clients in Family, Criminal and Civil Courts. Paul is a qualified Solicitor Advocate and Mediator. He is a member of the Childrens Order Panel, Guardian ad Litem Agency panel (appointed to represent children in Court proceedings) and is a member of the International Childrens Law Panel (to represent parties to Child Abduction proceedings).

Peter Haughey qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and deals with all aspects of the services provided by the practice with particular interest and specialisation in all matters relating to Conveyancing and Property and in relation to Wills, Probate and the administration and planning of estates.
