Hoover's Home Energy Inc. is a family business beloved by their customers for high quality workmanship and support... Recently we had some issues with our furnace. We had to make a service call into Hoover when it quit at 11:00 PM on cold winter nite. Mark made the middle of the night trek to get us up and running. The next day the furnace quit beyond repair. This time I was away on business and my wife along with kids were without heat (a father' concern in winter) Again this happened after hours and Hoover responded, this time providing portable heaters so our home could still be heated. Next Hoover was quick to provide an action plan to provide a superior heating solution for our home. Along with coordination with Cooper Fuels, Hoover provided a propane heating conversion to our home within less than 48hrs of our furnace failure. What a relief and most of all what service.
