Don bought a Phantom Screen 10 years ago and began his love affair with the product as a customer. After a successful career in the transportation industry that spanned 38 years of hardwork in the transportation business, Don went back to his roots by joining the Phantom network and starting Lyfestyle Retractable Screens. Don fondly remembers working on a fishboat as a youth on the Alaskan coast, and the feeling of fresh air he experienced back then is the same feeling he loves bringing to the home of every Lyfestyle customer through Washington state.
Shanna Benson manages the day to day operations for Lyfestyle Retractable Screens. After more than 10 years in the transportation industry, Shanna brought her expertise in safety, compliance, and administration into the home improvement sector. Her passion is helping customers make their home more beautiful and functional, and offering Phantom Screen product and service is the best way she can do what she loves everyday. When not working, Shanna enjoys spending time with her 2 year old daughter and husband. She enjoys outdoor recreational including snowboarding, wakeboarding, and playing golf.
