KOTIPIZZA GROUP

Kotipizza Group Oy consists of Kotipizza Oyj, which operates the Kotipizza chain founded in 1987, logistics company Helsinki Foodstock Oy, and The Social Burger Joint Oy, acquired in December 2017, that operates the Social Burgerjoint restaurant community. The company has a total of 100 employees. There are approximately 300 Kotipizza restaurants, which are all operated by independent franchisees. Altogether, there are around 280 franchisees in the Kotipizza chain. Kotipizza is Finland's and Nordic's largest pizza chain and one of the best-known restaurant brands in Finland. Social Burgerjoint has currently eight restaurants in Finland. In July 2015 Kotipizza Group was listed in Nasdaq OMX Helsinki becoming the first franchising company in Finland to go public. Kotipizza Group delisted from Nasdaq OMX Helsinki in June 2019. A new chapter began in early 2019 when a Norwegian multibrand company Orkla ASA purchased Kotipizza Group...
