Christopher J. Stipes is an Associate practicing construction defect litigation, family law, and employment law out of Kring & Chung, LLP's Sacramento office. Mr. Stipes was born and raised in New York, and earned his bachelor's degree in English from the University at Albany in 2004. He moved to Sacramento in 2007 to attend McGeorge School of Law, and earned his J.D. in 2010. Mr. Stipes graduated as a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society, and was an editor on the McGeorge Law Review during his time there. While with the Law Review, Mr. Stipes published a short article, Heard it Through the Grapevine: Chapter 28 Saves California Wine Competitions from Prohibition-Era Law, 40 MCGEORGE L. REV. 303 (2009).
Additionally, he studied Fundamental Rights in Europe and America under Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy in Salzburg, Austria. Mr. Stipes joined Kring & Chung, LLP in June, 2011.
Ms. Lowell is an attorney in the Las Vegas office of Kring & Chung and is licensed to practice in Nevada. She obtained her law degree from the Boyd School of Law in 2003, where she graduated summa cum laude. She received her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, from Colgate University.

Isabelle Q. Chau is an Associate Attorney with Kring & Chung, LLP's Irvine, California office. Her primary practice area is Employment Law. In particular, Ms. Chau's practice is focused on providing advice and counsel to employers, including preparation of handbooks and policies, assistance with workplace investigations, and training employees.
Ms. Chau earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. At Chapman, Ms. Chau received the highest grade in Legal Writing Skills and was a member of the Honor Council. During her free time, Ms. Chau enjoys trying out new restaurants, taking workout classes, and traveling.
Jeffrey Chien is an Associate Attorney at Kring & Chung, LLP's main office in Irvine, California. Mr. Chien's practice focuses on business litigation and transactions, contracts, and intellectual property law.
Mr. Chien earned his Juris Doctor from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2019. He also earned a Business Law Certificate while he attended law school. He was a member of the Business Law Society and Intellectual Property & Technology Law Society.
While in law school, Mr. Chien clerked for a law firm that handled business and intellectual property matters. Many clients he assisted were small business owners in the Chinese community. Mr. Chien explained unfamiliar processes to these clients in their native language. For example, Mr. Chien played a pivotal role in assisting a Mandarin-speaking client in bringing an energy drink from conception to United States-based production and market.
Prior to law school, Mr. Chien earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. He was a admitted through the university's Early Entrance Program, which allowed him to begin his undergraduate education at the age of fifteen.
During his free time, Mr. Chien enjoys weight training, camping, and off-roading.

Jeffrey T. Green is an Associate Attorney with Kring & Chung, LLP's Irvine, California office. His primary practice is employment law. Mr. Green offers his services to employees and employers in a wide range of employment law matters, including wage and hour litigation, misclassification of non-exempt employees, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and in wrongful termination actions.
Prior to working with Kring & Chung, Mr. Green worked as an Associate Attorney at Quintilone & Associates, where he developed his skills as an employment litigator. While at Quintilone & Associates, Mr. Green represented employees in a number of certified class, collective, and Representative PAGA action lawsuits in state and federal courts across California. He has also litigated consumer class action lawsuits in state and federal courts arising under California law.
Mr. Green earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne College of Law. In his time at La Verne, he was involved with several on campus clubs, including the American Constitution Society and Christian Law Club, and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team. Mr. Green also received awards of distinction at La Verne, including a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in his Law and Terrorism seminar for submitting the highest graded paper, which was later published as an article in the La Verne Law Review.
Prior to law school, Mr. Green earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History, magna cum laude, from California Baptist University. While at CBU, Mr. Green was a member of the Alpha Chi Honors Society and was president of the Pre-Law Society.
During his free time, Mr. Green enjoys playing golf, running, and playing guitar in his pop-punk band.
Jenna L. Griffin's practice primarily involves a broad array of complex civil, business, and employment law litigation matters. She has litigated nearly 100 cases in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration, involving a wide variety of issues including business disputes, employment law claims, trade secret and unfair competition matters, real estate, environmental law litigation, and breach of contract matters. Ms. Griffin's primary focus includes counseling and defending a broad variety of business clients on employment law issues including claims for wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, misclassification, PAGA, and unfair competition under both federal and California laws, including, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the California's Trade Secret Act, and other labor and employment laws.
Ms. Griffin has also counseled her many clients on compliance with California and federal regulatory laws, classification of employees, employee discipline and terminations, as well as drafting and implementing policies and procedures, including handbooks, for Human Resources. Ms. Griffin has been instrumental in the successful resolution of matters involving complex employment law issues, contract disputes and negotiations, business disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, real estate litigation, family and conservatorship law, environmental law, criminal law, as well as personal injury litigation.
John Schroeder concentrates his practice in the areas of construction, personal injury, inverse condemnation, real property and business disputes. Mr. Schroeder is a highly accomplished trial attorney with over 42 years of high profile trial experience. He has over 25 trials to verdict with 8 trials over 20 days in length. He was a partner in his own firm for over 25 years. He has supervised attorneys throughout his career and enjoys mentoring young attorneys.
In the area of construction, Mr. Schroeder has represented plaintiffs, general contractors, specialty contractors and engineers. Mr. Schroeder has experience in restoration construction, new construction and in public works construction. He has handled some of Southern California's largest inverse condemnation/landslide cases. He also has years of experience with credit unions handling a wide array of matters.
