LHIF

LHIF is an independent coordinating body composed of international NGOs operating in Lebanon that facilitates the work of its members to address the needs of the most vulnerable... LHIF is generously funded by the Swedish International Cooperation Agency (SIDA), Swiss Cooperation Office in Lebanon (SDC), European Commission in Beirut (ECHO) and the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (LHF)... As a forum, LHIF is constantly working to improve coordination, advocacy, representation and information sharing among its members and with external stakeholders such as the UN, donors, local and national NGOs, and the Government of Lebanon. LHIF also works with its members to develop a unified INGO voice on issues of common concern and provides a platform to facilitate action on joint initiatives.
