Chagrin River Consulting is a small consulting firm that services small organizations in the Great Lakes region. While our primary market comprises small manufacturing firms, we've also worked with health care, public sector, education, and non-profit organizations... Most of our work involves assisting clients who are interested in learning about and applying lean enterprise concepts and methods. We also have experience in facilitating strategic planning, culture change, and executive development.
