LEVEL THREE CONSULTING SERVICES

​Seeing the need for quality services for the growing field of NDT, Ed Bielecki started Level Three Consulting Services in 1998, on a part-time basis, and as a sole proprietor. In 2013, a unique opportunity arose and Kevin Bielecki was brought onboard and became Vice President/ Owner and Level Three Consulting Services became incorporated as a full-time business providing services to foundries, fab shops, machine shops and other manufacturers. We are both certified NAS 410 and SNT-TC-1A Level III's in multiple NDT methods. The testing services we provide are, Magnetic Particle, Penetrant, Film Radiographic, Computed Radiographic, Ultrasonic, Eddy Current and Visual. We also provide In-Plant Training, NDT Contract Review, NDT Certification, NDT Equipment Recommendations, NDT Procedure Development and Update, Complete In-Plant Laboratory Facility Development, NDT Audits, External Vendor Audits and Nadcap Audit Preparations.
