Arne Andersen is Executive Vice President of Longview. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Amherst College. Prior to joining Longview, Arne worked in acquisitions at AEW Capital Management in Boston, and in multifamily development at JPI in New York.

James A. Weiss is General Counsel of Longview. He holds a BA degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and a JD degree from the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has more than 40 years' experience in real estate as an attorney specializing in real estate matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, has developed condominium apartments and has served as General Counsel for the developer of regional malls. He has been General Counsel of Longview for more than 20 years.

He received a BSE degree in Geological Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA degree in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and has received his certificate as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Andersen has been developing and investing in real estate with Longview for more than 25 years. Prior thereto, he was a member of the Small Business Advisory Services Department of Price Waterhouse. He is very active in local communities where Longview has projects.
