Amanda joined Morton in 2005 with a diverse professional background making her the perfect fit to provide unparalleled support to Morton through their expansion, with the pursuit to provide the best real estate service in Sydney. Having begun her property career as a Property Manager, Amanda soon rose through the ranks to take on the demanding role of Business Manager.
Amanda relishes in the variety that the everyday provides, as well as the constant evolution of skills, systems and challenges that arise. She manages to deliver excellent service under fast-paced pressure, and does this with her innate attention to detail.
Amanda has developed extensive knowledge in all aspects of the Morton business, from Property Management, Sales, HR, Finance Operations and Facility Management. With exceptional skills around systems and processes, her support is pivotal to the efficient and productive running of the company.

David has been involved with the Morton business since 2005, initially as a non-executive Director and then as an advisor to the Managing Director. In 2017, David became a joint Managing Director and is jointly responsible with Ewan for running and growth of the business.
An accomplished Senior Executive, Director and Chartered Accountant, he has a broad range of strategic, commercial, risk management, accounting and finance skills with a track record of successful leadership. David encompasses a constructive leadership style, and working closely with Ewan Morton, creates an environment which stimulates growth and achievement across all employees.
David began at Morton in June 2015 originally as a Property Manager for the Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Haymarket and Hyde Park area. In 2016 David moved into a leasing and new business role in our Crows Nest office. Late 2016 David became a Business Development Manager and was responsible for growing the number of investment properties in a new development in Penrith, which facilitated the establishment of our Penrith office. In 2019 David has developed into the role of Property Consultant where he is now a sales executive servicing the Penrith local government area.
Originally from London, David has a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics (from the University of Sydney), and his Certificate 1 in Chinese Mandarin (from TAFE Ultimo). Previously working in Business Development and as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate Classifieds section for seven Courier community newspapers in Sydney, David became aware of Morton's professionalism and growth potential.
David enjoys working in Real Estate for meeting and working with a broad range of interesting people, establishing and maintain long term relationships. David prides himself on being thorough and service driven to ensure he understands his clients' needs to deliver the best result. He is a people person, being able to speak a few words in 12 languages, which helps build rapport with clients and uses WeChat, KakaoTalk and WhatsApp. Given his publishing background, he is detail orientated and uses very effective marketing strategies both in print and online.
The success David has achieved in his real estate career is evidenced in his industry awards. In 2015, David was a Finalist in the Australian Real Estate Results Awards in the category Performer of the Year - Property Management. In 2016 he was a Runner Up in the Real Estate Business Awards for the category Rising Star. In 2018 and again in 2020, David won the ARERA award for Business Development Manager of the Year.

Joining the company in 2003, Nick Frankel has enjoyed a variety of roles as the company has grown and developed. Nick was a sales agent on the Lower North Shore for three years and then became the Marketing Manager while he achieved his Masters Degree in Property Development from UTS in 2011.
Since 2013 Nick is focussed on building the business together with property developers and to give investor clients a better return with reduced vacancy. Applying his skills to some of Sydney's most prestigious developments he has raised both building profiles and potential, strategically managing sales for optimum results. Sally is a Senior Property Manager at our Circular Quay office. Sally joined Morton as she believes it offers great service and was drawn to a family owned company. She was searching for a change of lifestyle and a new challenge. Most recently, Sally has been nominated by the REINSW for Residential Property Manager of the Year.
Sally enjoys real estate for the ability to work with so many walks of life. She prides herself on being loyal, hardworking and has the drive for initiative as well as working with a team. With over 14 years in the customer service industry, she has fantastic customer service and attention to detail. She is compassionate, kind and a very good listener, and is consistent in communication. A true testament to Sally's exceptional customer service was being named as a finalist for Residential Property Manager of the Year in the REINSW Awards for Excellence 2018!
Sally enjoys the Circular Quay area because it is vibrant and is close to the ferry wharf. She likes the variety of people she meets around the area each day.
When Sally is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as outdoor sporting activities such as walking, tennis, swimming and bike riding. She enjoys team sports because they are fun and sociable.
