Ocean Spray's products are enjoyed in over 100 countries around the world. As Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager for the International & Ingredients businesses, Celina drives the ongoing growth of Ocean Spray branded products outside of the U.S., as well as leads the agricultural cooperative's business-to-business global ingredient division. She has oversight and management of the profit and loss (P&L) for these critical business divisions to continue driving international expansion for Ocean Spray. "I'm honored to join Ocean Spray, a truly purpose-driven cooperative, and help realize the incredible potential to further expand our global footprint. We're going to reach new geographies, serve new consumers, bring innovative, nutritious products to families around the world, and build a sustainable growth platform for our more than 700 family-owned farms and future generations to come." Celina is an accomplished growth executive with an established track record of building and leading global consumer businesses and brands, via transformative strategies, agile execution, and organization development. She comes to Ocean Spray from The Coca-Cola Company, where she served as Vice President & General Manager of Water, leading the multi-billion $ water portfolio (across DASANI, smartwater, and sparkling waters) to market-leading growth. Previously she served as the Vice President of Strategy & Insights, Coca-Cola Canada, and Group Director, vitaminwater. Prior to Coca-Cola, Celina was Global Director Stella Artois & Beyond Beer at Anheuser-Busch Inbev, held Gillette & Venus brand management roles at Procter & Gamble, and advised leading corporations and private equity firms on strategy and acquisitions with Bain & Co. Celina earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an MS in Financial Engineering and dual BS in International Finance & Computer Science from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Earl Larson

As Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer Earl is responsible for all aspects of the Cooperative's Manufacturing, Global Logistics, Global Customer Operations, and Operations Planning teams. A part of the cooperative since 2004, Earl deeply appreciates the way our families work to support our family farms.

Jeff Lafleur

Job Titles:

As Vice President of Grower Relations, Jeff LaFleur leads our Agricultural Operations, Ag Science and Cooperative Development teams, working directly with our farmer-owners across the cooperative. "I have spent my entire career either representing cranberry farmers and being a farmer gives me a unique understanding of our farmer-owners' challenges, opportunities and expectations. I believe in the power of our 700 famer-owners working together for a common cause, a common purpose, as one cooperative." Jeff is a member of the cooperative and for more than 10 years he and his wife Kim have operated Mayflower Cranberries. Jeff also served as a member of Ocean Spray's Grower Council and Board of Directors, representing his fellow farmers, focused on listening and understanding their concerns and ensuring all had a voice at the table. Prior to joining Ocean Spray Jeff was the director of the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers Associations, the trade association representing Massachusetts cranberry growers. He also previously ran the Massachusetts Association of Conservation Districts providing conservation technical assistance to farmers through the Commonwealth. "I know what is at stake for our farmer-owners-their farms, their livelihoods, their future generations-and it serves as my guidepost. Leading Grower Relations is more than a job; it is about helping Ocean Spray preserve a way of life that will outlast us all."

Joe Harrington - Chief Legal Officer, Secretary, SVP

Joe Harrington serves as Ocean Spray's Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, overseeing all legal aspects of the cooperative's business.  He also advises on governance matters and leads the Government Affairs discipline for the company.  Joe is a strategic advisor, business partner and experienced leader that throughout his time with Ocean Spray has driven our company's integrity, success and growth path forward. "Serving as General Counsel for an agricultural cooperative brings with it such a wonderful and unique opportunity-our entire legal team is committed to ensuring we are doing right by our farmer-owners," he noted. "Any good legal team touches upon all areas of a company's business, but it's the exceptional ones that are purpose-driven. We're guided by the principle that our work will help shape the success and viability of this cooperative for generations of family-farmers to come." Since joining Ocean Spray in 2013, Joe has counseled all areas of the business, managing day-to-day activities, tactical initiatives and strategic transactions. Prior to Ocean Spray, he served as the Assistant General Counsel of a telecommunications company, and as an attorney at a law firm focused on litigation and transactional matters. "Having worked across a variety of practice areas and industries, it's an absolute honor to know that today I am able to join with my fellow Ocean Spray team members, in legal and across all our functions, in connecting our farms to families for a better life."

Katy Galle

Katy Galle is Ocean Spray's Senior Vice President of Research & Development and Sustainability. In this role, she cultivates cutting-edge new products to fill the innovation pipeline for Ocean Spray. She also leads our strategic sustainability initiatives, as well as our work in Consumer Affairs. Galle is also instrumental in further strengthening Ocean Spray's industry leadership role and unleashing the power of research and development coupled with food safety and quality assurance. "I am always looking forward - how can we connect with new consumers and create new and exciting products? And ensuring we are ideating and innovating in ways that are underpinned with science, nutrition and technology," she noted. "As we think about the future of Ocean Spray for our farmer-owners, we must also be aiming toward our impact, and ensuring a healthier planet with healthier people." She comes to Ocean Spray from Dunkin' Brands, most recently serving as VP of culinary innovation, for both Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins teams, where she led her team to create a three-year innovation pipeline aligned with Dunkin's aggressive growth platforms across the portfolio. Galle is a twenty-year veteran of PepsiCo, where she developed an extensive background in beverage innovation and commercialization and launched many new products globally.  She has held prior product development and basic research roles at Seagram's and Kraft Foods.  She has also served on the board of governors for the Flavor Extract Manufacturers Association.

Kristin Forney - CFO

Kristin Forney is a CPG and food industry veteran, a leader that brings more than 28 years of financial experience to Ocean Spray-not to mention an inherent understanding of the farming way of life. "I was raised on a farm in Nebraska, so I certainly understand and deeply connect with the purpose of this historic agricultural cooperative. Connecting our farms to families for a better life, to me, is about further strengthening and shaping a prosperous future for Ocean Spray and its farmer-owners." As Chief Financial Officer, Kris leads Ocean Spray's financial planning and analysis, corporate controller, corporate development, procurement, and transformation teams. Prior to joining Ocean Spray, she served as senior vice president and CFO for the North American segment for Hain Celestial Group, where she led a finance organization supporting a $1.6 billion revenue organic and natural products business. While at Hain, Kris's leadership was integral in transforming the North America business into a strong operating company while building finance capabilities to position the business for growth.

Monisha Dabek - Chief Commercial Officer, SVP

Monisha Dabek, SVP and Chief Commercial Officer, USA, is an accomplished executive and leader in the management consulting, sales, brand marketing, innovation and strategy arenas. "There are equal parts magic and value creation in finding the authentic connection point between consumers and brands. Whether building upon history and recognition or making a difference in a consumer's life through innovation, there is nothing more exciting than bringing a brand to life." Monisha leads Ocean Spray's Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Consumer Insights and Public Relations in the U.S. region, with oversight and management of the profit and loss (P&L) for these critical areas.  "What a unique and exciting opportunity-to bring this team together to collaboratively and strategically drive growth and prosperity for our family farmer-owners, ensuring the iconic Ocean Spray brand and cooperative continue to be vibrant for the next century." She comes to us from Danone, where she most recently created and led the Enterprise Strategy & Innovation team. Her prior roles with Danone were centered in the brand marketing organization, spanning leadership positions in Plant Based Food & Beverage (Silk, SoDelicious), RTD Coffee (International Delight & Stok), and other portfolio brands. In addition to her time with Danone, she has worked for a variety of well-known industry leaders, including Accenture, PepsiCo, and WhiteWave Foods.  Throughout her career, Monisha has led cross functional teams, managed P&L's, and driven successful communications and innovation efforts for new brand launches and restages. She also has developed extensive sales expertise through her customer facing and HQ leadership roles, as well as experience across DSD & Warehouse, and multi-temperature supply chain networks.

Neil Hampshire

Throughout his 30-year career, Neil Hampshire has always zeroed in on the idea of transformation-how the right digital capabilities and data-driven processes can reshape a company's readiness to do more than just compete: to thrive. "What excites me most about Ocean Spray is that we are an historic brand that continually looks forward. The opportunity we have in front of us, from a technology and business modernization perspective, is invigorating-we're going to catapult Ocean Spray into the next 100 years," notes Neil. As Chief Information and Digital Officer, Neil leads Ocean Spray's data information security, global IT operations, business intelligence, tech engineering, tech project management and application technology teams. In addition, he co-leads Ocean Spray's xELERATE business transformation initiative. Prior to joining Ocean Spray, he served as Vice President of Global IT Operations for Subway. In addition, Neil has spent time in a wide range of industries in technology leadership positions, including ModusLink, Reckitt Benckiser, Wrigley and Gillette. He has a proven track record of building high-performing and engaged teams, driving measurable growth and efficiency. "When I think of our values-Grower Mindset, Sustainable Results, Integrity Above All and Inclusive Teamwork-I see technology embedded in each one. Our technology team is thinking about our people, enabling them to work well together, work efficiently, and do right by our cooperative and grower-owners." Neil earned his bachelor's degree in Engineering from Brunel University, and is a graduate of MIT's Chief Digital Officer Program.

Sarah Evans - CHRO

Throughout her nearly two-decade career leading human resources and talent organizations, Sarah Evans has always been passionate about building collaborative teams and cultures where employees can grow and thrive. "I care deeply about creating an inclusive culture and an environment where our team members can do their best work. It is important they feel supported in accomplishing their personal and professional goals." Sarah leads Ocean Spray's global human resources team, which includes Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Business Partnership, Total Rewards, Organizational Development and Internal & Executive Communications. "I am delighted to join this incredible team. Ocean Spray has such a rich history, but it also has an incredibly exciting and bright future. To make sure this cooperative continues to grow and evolve for our family farmer-owners, we will need committed, talented team members to lead the way." She comes to us from Terminix, where she most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources. In that role, she led the HR organization that engaged a diverse workforce of more than 10,000 employees across both the Residential and Commercial divisions. She was responsible for designing and driving the Terminix human capital strategy for acquiring, growing, rewarding, and retaining the best talent. Before that position, Sarah also served as Vice President, Talent, where she had responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Development across the enterprise. Prior to Terminix, Sarah spent several years at Walmart, where she held various positions in the global talent management function with responsibility for executive succession, performance management, executive coaching, accelerated development, and selection and assessment for their 2.3 million associates around the world. She also spent 5 years with TECO Energy.

Tom Hayes - CEO, President

Tom Hayes is a recognized innovator and decorated executive in the food industry who has guided some of the world's most well-known brands over the past three decades. As Ocean Spray's President and CEO, he now leads the world's leading producer of cranberry juices, juice drinks and dried cranberries, and oversees our global organization of more than 700 grower owners and 2,000 employees. Tom comes to Ocean Spray as our cooperative nears its centennial and is focused on ensuring the company is positioned for another 100 years of success.
