LEARNING COMMONS

The Learning Commons consists of the Library and Tutoring Center and is located in Building A. The Learning Commons currently houses over 90,000 cataloged items available for users to check out: books, textbooks, e-books, scientific and anatomical models, study materials, and audiovisual materials. The Learning Commons also provides access to approximately 100 databases which contain millions of scholarly sources. The Learning Commons is a member of the LOUIS consortium. Computers in the Learning Commons allow access to the internet and various course-related software. Research assistance is available from professional librarians and staff members.
