Third graders learn about Alexander Calder's sculptures as well as sculptures in Ohio. We create these paper sculptures, measure their three dimensions and draw a background that describes where they would like to see their sculpture "installed"... Hello - I've been teaching elementary art at the Crestwood schools since 1988. I have my Bachelors and Masters of Education degrees both from KSU and absolutely love teaching 3rd, 4th and 5th graders! Their creativity and imagination are inspiring to me.
