Jack is now working towards completing his Masters' degree in Sustainable Building Design.
Jack has always been fascinated by architecture and its' ever-evolving designs, tailored to suit the needs of its' users. His idea of the perfect building is one that occupants appreciate the design of, are inspired by, and have the ability to thrive while using.

Marion looks after our marketing and social media and assists the planning team as well as the day-to-day running of the office.

As Director of Finance and HR, Michelle is responsible for effective financial management of the Practice together with HR responsibilities and employment legislation compliance.
Nafisah is a qualified architect and joined RDT in 2016 as a Part II Architectural Assistant and went on to pass her Part III examinations from the University of Westminster in 2020.
Nural recently joined RDT Architects following completion of her RIBA Part 1 qualifications and is a highly motivated graduate with strong design skills and an interest in low-energy sustainable design who can establish the difference between something good and something great
In her free time Nural loves discovering new places and taking photographs of glamorous landscapes and architectural details. She likes using reflections through water and glass in landscape photography to create unusual interesting pictures.
Richard is passionate about design, architecture, business and education. He has been a key figure representing the Construction Industry Council, Constructing Excellence in the East of England and Past Chairman of RIBA East. He is currently Chair of Herts & Beds CE Club for the second time, having founded it in 2005.
