The RKMB site is a 900-acre former cattle ranch and agricultural row crop farm, most recently operated as a forage grazing and cow/calf facility. It is located on the south bank of Chambers Creek, which is a primary tributary of Richland Chambers Lake. It is in Navarro County, Texas, approximately 2 miles west of Interstate Highway 45 and 5 miles north of the City of Corsicana. The site is low-lying and was historically rich in aquatic resources. Following implementation of all phases of the Mitigation Plan, the Bank will consist of over 29,800 feet of restored or enhanced ephemeral stream, 21,300 feet of restored or enhanced intermittent stream, 2,900 feet of enhanced perennial stream, 26 acres of restored emergent wetlands, 63 acres of restored forested wetlands, primary stream buffer along the length of all the restored and enhanced streams (over 54,100 feet), and expanded stream buffer along more than 48,500 feet of stream...
