The man who wrote the programs. Alan slaved away over a hot PC for many months to create version one of RockBase Plus.

Beta Tester

Chief Beta Tester. Mad keen collector of Rock records since 1963 and particularly obsessed with Stiff Records since 1995 - has his own WWW Site http://www.bestiff.demon.co.uk

Chris Stanbury

A keen music fan and motorcyclist (Kawasaki GTR 1000), Chris started Cravenplan in 1984 to specialize in the writing of bespoke database applications as well as the supply of computer hardware and software. One day whilst browsing through Terry Hounsome's book "Rock Record 6" a foolish thought crossed his mind. Two years later RockBase Plus was born.

Hugh Smallwood

Designed the packaging and logos for version 1. Runs his own graphics design company

John Bentley

Mark Hobbs

Programmed most of the new features in version 2. Used to work for Channel Marketmakers (until it's demise) now working for a leading Search Engine.

Max Parry

Another keen motorcyclist, (various BMWs). Designed the database for RockBase Plus, teaching us all the importance of a good solid database design along the way. Also wrote the conversion program which turns Terry's data into data for you to use. Recently completed training as a CEDR accredited mediator.

Simon Moppet
