SPRINGFIELD

We are a working family farm on the North Devon coastline. For many years we've been predominantly beef and sheep, but in recent years we have been welcoming the public to visit our beautiful farm and lovely animals... At Springfield, we have a flock of 700 breeding ewes. We lamb outdoors in April and run our system as sustainably as we can, with no added inputs and finishing all of our lambs off grass... We run a suckler herd of 35 cows, which also calve outdoors in April with minimal assistance. Our aim is to produce quality and environmentally sustainable food and work in line with nature.
