Brad makes sure every SBC beer you drink is world-class quality. His extensive background and experience in brewing science and control systems create the freshest and tastiest beers.
Chef Brando has been kicking out some of most creative and crave worthy fare for over a decade on our culinary team. We are thankful for his knowledge, dedication, and expertise.

Brandon comes to the Ty Iechyd Da Distillery with a wealth of industry experience and knowledge. He has worked as a distiller for 11 years, and has been a part of producing ADI award winning whiskeys, bourbons, and rums.

Brian leads our brewing and distilling teams and has over two decades of experience. He has worked and learned from a variety of talented and passionate people. Brian is a Siebel graduate and has been a judge at GABF and World Beer Cup for twenty years.

Bruce, or known around SBC as Brewce, has been with our team for nearly a decade. He knows the brewhouse like the back of his hand and always keeps the beer flowing.

Cat is our creative force and is responsible for making us look good in the brewpub, on the shelves, and beyond! Her package designs span across our SBC beer labels and our Ty Iechyd Da spirits portfolio. Cat also leads our spirits sales in Southwest Missouri ensuring retailers and local bars / restaurants are stocked with our array of fine spirits.
Christian has been an integral part of the BrewCo Kitchen team. He works closely with our managers to find creative ways of honing the team's culinary passions to make our award-winning pubfare.
Clint makes sure your beer is fresh and always available at your favorite retailer. He is the external face of SBC beers and we are grateful for his contributions.
John knows the ins and outs of our canning line and makes sure every can of SBC beer tastes as fresh as it does from the taps.
