Today he is the managing partner of the largest personal injury law firm in Southern Utah. Andrew started working for McMullin Injury Law in 2013 while still in school. At that time McMullin Injury Law was a new personal injury law firm in St. George with two employees. Andrew graduated law school and got to work. He became a partner at the firm in 2018. Today, Andrew manages the marketing, intake, and production for the firm. McMullin Injury Law now boasts seven attorneys and over twenty employees. Over his 10 years of experience as a personal injury attorney, Andrew has personally worked on thousands of personal injury cases and obtained millions of dollars for his clients. He has a breadth of experience in every aspect of personal injury law from simple insurance claims to complex jury trials. Andrew is extremely passionate about being able to truly help people who need it the most by making insurance companies do what's right. Andrew graduated from The Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. A.S.U. is the 5th ranked law school in the western United States. While in law school, Andrew was a Dean's Recruitment Award recipient, a Charles E. Jones Scholar recipient, and he earned the Pedrick Scholar Award for excellence in academic achievement. He also won the "CALI Excellence for the Future Award" for achieving the highest grade in a practical application clinic entitled, "The Litigation Experience." This was the crowning achievement of Andrew's legal education as litigation and courtroom techniques had been his focus throughout his law school experience. Andrew also served as the judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Bruce R. Cohen of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Andrew's legal practice focuses primarily on personal injury, workers compensation, and civil litigation. The majority of McMullin Injury Law's clients live right here in Southern Utah. Most personal injury cases stem from car accidents. Other types of cases that Andrew handles frequently are trucking crashes, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and premises liability cases. Before law school, Andrew graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Communication from Dixie State University, now Utah Tech. While at Utah Tech, he earned The Dean's Scholarship, and he worked as the play-by-play broadcaster for Dixie State College basketball and football. Andrew's background is in sales and marketing. He worked full-time jobs while earning both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate degree. He gets great satisfaction out of putting his skills into practice by helping clients recover what is fair after an injury. Big insurance companies have teams of attorneys at their disposal. Their job is to offer injured parties as little of a recovery as they can get away with. Andrew very much enjoys leveling the playing field. He completed coursework for a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations at Southern Utah University (SUU) in 2006. After college, he was accepted to the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2008. During law school, he honed his researching skills as a Research Assistant for Professor Bruce C. French, a law professor and a licensed practicing attorney. Anthony's ability to research and understand important information about a case is something that his current clients greatly appreciate. After he graduated from law school, Anthony accepted a position at Jacob Hafter & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. At this law firm, he focused on real estate transactions and loan modifications. Although he enjoyed his work in Las Vegas, he moved back to St. George in 2009 to help clients who have been injured by the negligent actions of someone else. Anthony is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. He understands that people who have been hurt in accidents are facing difficult physical and, often, financial challenges. For those reasons, he is a strong advocate for his clients. Everyone needs some downtime and Anthony spends his golfing, riding his motorcycle, and being with his wife and children in sunny St. George. As a desert dweller, he favors Southwestern Utah's clear sunny days over the snow and rain of colder climates. While living in Florida for a couple of years during a mission for his church, he developed a love of Cuban food and fresh seafood, but those are tough competitors to his favorite Italian food he gets from the local Pasta Factory. Ordering bills and records, handling communication between insurance companies and clients, making sure bills get processed correctly, preparing demands, settlement worksheets, and client contact. One of the unique things that Judi brings to the job is her knowledge and experience of what it's like to need help after an accident. Before her employment at McMullin Injury Law, she was a client. She knows how overwhelming and difficult it can be to know where to turn after an accident. So, her mission is to help her clients in every aspect of their recovery process. Prior to working at McMullin Injury Law, Judi worked as both the business office and warranty administrator at the local Ford Dealership and was a front desk and runner at Jensen Bayles. She loves working at McMullin Injury Law because of the relationships between the staff and clients. The team works well together and puts the clients' needs first. Judi is originally from the small town of Imbler in Eastern Oregon. She's lived in St. George for 13 years and is raising her two boys here. She loves the hometown feel that St. George has to offer. Kylie Kennedy

Kylie has nearly a decade of experiencing working in personal injury law. She has worked with three different law firms and has been with McMullin Injury Law for several years. In her current position as Office Administrator, Kylie's primary duty is to handle the settlement funds. She balances the books of each case, and cuts and distributes the funds where they need to go. This is a complex endeavor. Kylie also handles HR for our firm, which has over 20 employees. Kylie is a valued member of our team. Kylie's primary responsibility is to make sure that her clients have all their questions answered as quickly and easily as possible. Kylie knows how hard it is to recover after a car accident. The process can be confusing and overwhelming. She does an amazing job of making sure that every need of her clients are met by simply walking injured victims through the process of what comes next. As a champion multi-tasker she enjoys itemizing what every client needs in order of importance and seeing those tasks through to the end to ensure that it is done right. Kylie likes working directly with clients and helping them make the best of a bad situation. Before joining our firm 2018, Nate spent most of the last decade working at three different large personal injury law firms across the State of Utah. He has an enormous amount of experiencing in litigating cases through lawsuits once negotiations with the insurance company break down. Nate is a seasoned trial lawyer with a vast amount of jury trial experience. His experience in personal injury motion practice is second to none in Southern Utah. Nate is the head of the litigation department at McMullin Injury Law. He joined McMullin Injury Law 2018.

Paul McMullin

Shawn McGinnis has many years of experience as an attorney. He has practiced multiple areas of law, but he has spent the majority of his career working in personal injury. Shawn has the cutest wife (Stacey). They have been married for 36 years. She teaches third grade and loves it. They have 5 wonderful children, two are computer engineers, one is a nail technician, another works in landscaping, and the last instructs in yoga. Shawn also has 7 adorable grandchildren; they work at being mischievous. Shawn grew up and went to high school in Las Vegas, NV and has lived in St. George, UT for about 33 years. He received his bachelor's degree from Dixie State University and his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University. He has previously worked playing baseball, as an EMT, a cage fighter, a firearms instructor, owner of a stucco company, the Washtenaw County Prosecutor's office, Utah Legal Services, and 5 years as a personal injury attorney.
