Andrew Spainhower is the Managing Partner of McMullin Injury Law. Over the last decade, Andrew has successfully handled thousands of personal injury cases and obtained millions of dollars for his clients. He has a breadth of experience in every aspect of personal injury law from simple insurance claims to complex jury trials. Andrew is extremely passionate about being able to truly help people who need it the most by making insurance companies do what's right.
Andrew has been with McMullin Injury Law since 2013. He became a partner at the firm in 2018.

Andrew went to law school with one purpose-- to become Southern Utah's solution for help after car accidents and injuries. Today he is the managing partner of the largest personal injury law firm in Southern Utah. Andrew started working for McMullin Injury Law in 2013 while still in school. At that time McMullin Injury Law was a new personal injury law firm in St. George with two employees. Andrew graduated law school and got to work. He became a partner at the firm in 2018. Today, Andrew manages the marketing, intake, and production for the firm. McMullin Injury Law now boasts seven attorneys and over twenty employees.
Over his 10 years of experience as a personal injury attorney, Andrew has personally worked on thousands of personal injury cases and obtained millions of dollars for his clients. He has a breadth of experience in every aspect of personal injury law from simple insurance claims to complex jury trials. Andrew is extremely passionate about being able to truly help people who need it the most by making insurance companies do what's right.
Andrew graduated from The Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. A.S.U. is the 5th ranked law school in the western United States. While in law school, Andrew was a Dean's Recruitment Award recipient, a Charles E. Jones Scholar recipient, and he earned the Pedrick Scholar Award for excellence in academic achievement. He also won the "CALI Excellence for the Future Award" for achieving the highest grade in a practical application clinic entitled, "The Litigation Experience." This was the crowning achievement of Andrew's legal education as litigation and courtroom techniques had been his focus throughout his law school experience. Andrew also served as the judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Bruce R. Cohen of the Maricopa County Superior Court.
Andrew's legal practice focuses primarily on personal injury, workers compensation, and civil litigation. The majority of McMullin Injury Law's clients live right here in Southern Utah. Most personal injury cases stem from car accidents. Other types of cases that Andrew handles frequently are trucking crashes, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and premises liability cases.
Before law school, Andrew graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Communication from Dixie State University, now Utah Tech. While at Utah Tech, he earned The Dean's Scholarship, and he worked as the play-by-play broadcaster for Dixie State College basketball and football.
Andrew's background is in sales and marketing. He worked full-time jobs while earning both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate degree. He gets great satisfaction out of putting his skills into practice by helping clients recover what is fair after an injury. Big insurance companies have teams of attorneys at their disposal. Their job is to offer injured parties as little of a recovery as they can get away with. Andrew very much enjoys leveling the playing field. Using the law to protect the rights of those who need help is Andrew's passion. He very much enjoys his work at McMullin Injury Law and he works hard to get his clients every penny they deserve.
Andrew is married and has two sons. His primary passion in life is spending time with his family. His hometown is right here in St. George, Utah. He graduated from Dixie High School before serving an LDS mission to Tampa, Florida.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing golf, and pickleball, attending jazz games, and playing fantasy football with his friends.

Anthony McMullin is the founding partner of McMullin Injury Law and the firm carries his name. Anthony was raised in St. George, Utah-the same town where the main office of McMullin Injury Law is located. Anthony McMullin is the founding partner of McMullin Injury Law and the firm carries his name. Anthony was raised in St. George, Utah-the same town where the main office of McMullin Injury Law is located.
He completed coursework for a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations at Southern Utah University (SUU) in 2006. After college, he was accepted to the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2008.
During law school, he honed his researching skills as a Research Assistant for Professor Bruce C. French, a law professor and a licensed practicing attorney. Anthony's ability to research and understand important information about a case is something that his current clients greatly appreciate.
After he graduated from law school, Anthony accepted a position at Jacob Hafter & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. At this law firm, he focused on real estate transactions and loan modifications. Although he enjoyed his work in Las Vegas, he moved back to St. George in 2009 to help clients who have been injured by the negligent actions of someone else.
Anthony is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. He understands that people who have been hurt in accidents are facing difficult physical and, often, financial challenges. For those reasons, he is a strong advocate for his clients.
Everyone needs some downtime and Anthony spends his golfing, riding his motorcycle, and being with his wife and children in sunny St. George. As a desert dweller, he favors Southwestern Utah's clear sunny days over the snow and rain of colder climates. While living in Florida for a couple of years during a mission for his church, he developed a love of Cuban food and fresh seafood, but those are tough competitors to his favorite Italian food he gets from the local Pasta Factory.
Anthony is a licensed attorney in both Utah and Nevada. He is affiliated with the State Bar of Nevada, the Utah State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association Litigation Division, and the Southern Utah Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Utah and Nevada State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the District of Nevada and the District of Utah.

Dorene Tobler is a dedicated professional with a passion for serving others and making a positive impact. Born and raised in the scenic landscapes of St. George, Utah, Dorene has deep roots in the community. After graduating from Dixie High School, she then attended Dixie State University, laying the foundation for her journey.
Jake enjoys and prefers assisting people who are injured by the wrongful acts of others and holding insurance companies' feet to the fire to provide a fair resolution. Understanding the defense strategies used by insurance companies has enabled Jake to use that knowledge to assist injured parties and collect the money they deserve from insurance companies.
Jake takes great pride in getting things right for his clients, down to the last detail. He takes time to explain the process to his clients so that they feel comfortable and understand what is happening with their case.
Jake graduated from law school at the University of Utah and has several years of experience working for both insurance companies and injured victims.
Jantz works in the litigation team of our firm with Nate Langston and Paul McMullin. Jantz spends 100% of his time litigating cases. That means that when insurance companies won't do what's right, and negotiations break down, Jantz steps in to force their hand.
Jantz Johnson has four years of experience handling personal injury cases. He has been with our firm since 2022.

Jordan Palmer was raised in St. George, Utah. He is fluent in spanish. He graduated law school at the University of Oregon. It was there the Jordan realized he had a deep passion for insurance law and helping those being treated unfairly by the insurance companies. Jordan is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. He understands that people who have been in accidents are tackling difficult physical, financial, and emotional situations.
Jordan Palmer was raised in St. George, Utah. Jordan served a two-year Latter-day Saint mission in Ecuador.
Judi loves working at McMullin Injury Law because of the relationships between the staff and clients. The team works well together and puts the clients' needs first.
Judi is an exceptionally talented personal injury paralegal. She has years of experience and has been instrumental on literally hundreds of cases.
As a paralegal for the firm Judi works in many capacities. Ordering bills and records, handling communication between insurance companies and clients, making sure bills get processed correctly, preparing demands, settlement worksheets, and client contact. One of the unique things that Judi brings to the job is her knowledge and experience of what it's like to need help after an accident. Before her employment at McMullin Injury Law, she was a client. She knows how overwhelming and difficult it can be to know where to turn after an accident. So, her mission is to help her clients in every aspect of their recovery process.
Prior to working at McMullin Injury Law, Judi worked as both the business office and warranty administrator at the local Ford Dealership and was a front desk and runner at Jensen Bayles. She loves working at McMullin Injury Law because of the relationships between the staff and clients. The team works well together and puts the clients' needs first.
Judi is originally from the small town of Imbler in Eastern Oregon. She's lived in St. George for 13 years and is raising her two boys here. She loves the hometown feel that St. George has to offer. When she isn't working, Judi enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You can find her fishing, camping, or at the lake or ocean.
Kacee Cardon-Weldin is a skilled paralegal who has worked in the personal injury field since 2007. Every client loves Kacee. She spends a great deal of her time at the office handling the endless stacks of paperwork, medical records, and correspondence generated by personal injury cases. Kacee is the best in the industry at what she does.
Kelsey joined our team after working for Intermountain Healthcare as a billing specialist and Surgical Coordinator. She thrives in helping others and accomplishing each task placed before her with great detail and purpose. Kelsey is a very dedicated individual and aims to make sure those under her care have all of their needs met in a timely manner. She finds joy in learning and understanding the "whys" of each detail. Working for McMullin Injury Law helps her feel connected to the community and those she works with.
Kelsey was born and raised here in Southern Utah. She went to Dixie High School, graduated from Dixie State University, then went on to complete her Bachelor's degree in Community Health Education from Utah Valley University. She is the mother to three rambunctious boys who keep her on her toes. When Kelsey is not working, she finds joy being outside with her boys and family. Hiking, boating, swimming, running. Basically, anything associated with the summer sun and warmth Southern Utah has to offer.
Personal injury law firms can be a very stressful place to work because we are helping people with very serious problems. Nevertheless, Kelsey's positive attitude is contagious. She is known for her loud laugh and at times can be heard from across the office. She is a treasured member of our team.
Kim will be the first person to greet you when you walk in the doors of McMullin Injury Law. Kim is our firm's first line of defense in getting you the help you need after an accident. You'll know immediately upon your first interaction that Kim is a person who cares deeply about others. She has a huge heart and she does a great job setting people at ease during tough times.

Kylie has nearly a decade of experiencing working in personal injury law. She has worked with three different law firms and has been with McMullin Injury Law for several years. In her current position as Office Administrator, Kylie's primary duty is to handle the settlement funds. She balances the books of each case, and cuts and distributes the funds where they need to go. This is a complex endeavor. Kylie also handles HR for our firm, which has over 20 employees.
Kylie is a valued member of our team. Kylie's primary responsibility is to make sure that her clients have all their questions answered as quickly and easily as possible. Kylie knows how hard it is to recover after a car accident. The process can be confusing and overwhelming. She does an amazing job of making sure that every need of her clients are met by simply walking injured victims through the process of what comes next.
As a champion multi-tasker she enjoys itemizing what every client needs in order of importance and seeing those tasks through to the end to ensure that it is done right. Kylie likes working directly with clients and helping them make the best of a bad situation. She understands that injured clients have it rough and she can deeply empathize with their experience, as she's been there herself.
Kylie is naturally a curious person. She enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures, and meeting new people. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and has been involved in many different ventures. Her hobbies include outdoor activities involving water and sunshine, such as boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, traveling, and attending concerts.

Liz began working as a paralegal with McMullin Injury Law in 2022. She is our worker's compensation specialist. She spends her days assisting people who have been injured on the job. We are thrilled to welcome Melissa Camacho to our team at McMullin Injury Law. Melissa works as a paralegal with attorney Jake Spencer. She is extremely intelligent and also empathetic and does a great job helping her clients.
Melissa has been working as a paralegal with McMullin Injury Law for two years. Melissa works as a paralegal with attorney Jake Spencer. She is extremely intelligent and also empathetic and does a great job helping her clients. Melissa was raised in St. George, Utah by proud Mexican-immigrant parents. Immediately following high school, Melissa dedicated 8 years to her career with AT&T. Melissa moved all across Utah for management progression with them and led multiple retail teams to success in sales execution, operations and local integration. Her last year with them she was a Business Sales Executive where she managed a large group of selected business customers, where she would cater to their needs and ensure individualized customer service options for them. She is currently working towards her bachelor's degree in business management at Utah Tech University and hopes to incorporate her experience to her clients at McMullin Injury Law. In her free time she enjoys traveling with friends and family and spending time with her golden-doodle.

Nate is the head of the litigation department at McMullin Injury Law. Before joining our firm 2018, Nate spent most of the last decade working at three different large personal injury law firms across the State of Utah. He has an enormous amount of experiencing in litigating cases through lawsuits once negotiations with the insurance company break down.
Nate is a seasoned trial lawyer with a vast amount of jury trial experience. His experience in personal injury motion practice is second to none in Southern Utah.
Nate is the head of the litigation department at McMullin Injury Law. He joined McMullin Injury Law 2018.
During his career in the legal system, Paul worked for the District and Federal Courts and many attorneys throughout the state of Utah. Recently, after almost 35 years of legal work, Paul retired to spend more time with his wife, five children and 17 grandchildren. Retirement didn't last long, however. When the opportunity came to work part-time with the fast-growing personal injury law firm of McMullin Injury Law, Paul jumped at the chance to get involved.
Born and raised in St. George, Paul attended Dixie High School, Dixie College and then LDS Business College in Salt Lake City.
Rebecca has lived in Cedar City for 27 years. She is the proud mother of 5 children-3 boys and 2 girls. She is also grandma to 5 beautiful grandbabies!
Prior to working with McMullin Injury Law, Rebecca worked in the property management field for many years and also worked in the athletic department at Southern Utah University. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her grandkids and attending sporting events.
Rebecca loves her job at McMullin Injury Law because she loves people. She will be the first to greet anyone who comes into our office and will make sure they get connected to the right member of our team and make sure their situation gets handled quickly. Rebecca has seen how big an impact the right attorney can make when someone is injured in an accident. She does a great job making our clients feel loved because she truly does care about people. She has a big heart and takes the time to do her best for each person she interacts with. We love having her here on our team!
Shawn McGinnis has many years of experience as an attorney. He has practiced multiple areas of law, but he has spent the majority of his career working in personal injury.
Shawn has the cutest wife (Stacey). They have been married for 36 years. She teaches third grade and loves it. They have 5 wonderful children, two are computer engineers, one is a nail technician, another works in landscaping, and the last instructs in yoga. Shawn also has 7 adorable grandchildren; they work at being mischievous.
Shawn grew up and went to high school in Las Vegas, NV and has lived in St. George, UT for about 33 years. He received his bachelor's degree from Dixie State University and his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University. He has previously worked playing baseball, as an EMT, a cage fighter, a firearms instructor, owner of a stucco company, the Washtenaw County Prosecutor's office, Utah Legal Services, and 5 years as a personal injury attorney.
He enjoys reading, traveling, sports, repelling, hiking, Jeeping, fighting, fishing, home construction, cars, biking, Harleys, rat-rods, eating, and whatever his kids and grand-kids are into at the time. Besides spending time with his family, Shawn likes building relationships with great people and meeting fun and interesting individuals.
