Mr. James is a geologist and business executive with over 40 years of technical and financial experience in the natural resource sector throughout North America, Africa and Asia. He has spearheaded TVIRD's activities in the Philippines since 1993 and was responsible for bringing on stream the Canatuan gold-silver mine - the first foreign-funded, modern, full-scale producing mine in the Philippines since the passage of the Mining Act in 1995.
His tireless efforts continue to drive TVIRD's commitment to transparent, environmentally and socially responsible mining practices that bring sustainable development to the company's host communities. Mr. James earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. He likewise holds a Master of Science degree in Geology from the Carleton University in Ottawa and has taken doctorate studies at the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Foronda is a licensed metallurgical engineer with over 30 years of experience in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy.
He has professional experience from Red Mountain Mining, MRL Gold Philippines Inc., Oceanagold Philippines Inc., Crew Gold Philippines Inc., Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company, Umicore Specialty Chemical Subic (formerly Pacific Rare Metal Industries Inc.), WMC Philippines Inc. for the Tampakan Copper Project, Benguet Corporation and Armenonic del Ecaudor in San Bartolome, Ecaudor. He is a competent member of the ASEAN Engineers and the Philippine Association of Board Examiners.
Mr. Foronda topped the metallurgical engineering licensure examination in 1981. He was an academic scholar of the De La Salle University Business School where he received his masters degree in management in 1989 and completed the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Management Development Program in 1994.

Mr. Villar is Chairman and President of Prime Asset Ventures Inc., which is a major shareholder in TVIRD through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prime Resource Holdings Inc. He concurrently serves as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. - after previously holding the Chief Financial Officer position - as well as Director of Starmall Inc.
Prior to assuming his previous role as consultant for McKinsey & Co. in the U.S., Mr. Villar earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics as well as his Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
Surigao del Norte / January 2024 - Greenstone Resources Corporation (GRC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TVI Resource Development Philippines Inc. (TVIRD) and operator of the Siana Gold Project, successfully concluded the GRC-Mabakas Techno Demo Farm School (GRC-MTDF / "Mabakas") Livelihood Training Program for 2023 in Surigao del Norte. A total of 127 scholars graduated during the recent commencement exercise, earning their national training certificates (NCII) in accredited courses such as Animal Production (Poultry and Ruminants), Heavy Equipment, Rice Competitiveness Enhancement, Cacao Production, and the GRC Community Emergency Response Team (GRC-CERT) Training.

Mr. Perez is a licensed mining engineer with over 35 years of experience in operations management and project development both in the Philippines and abroad.
Locally, he was previously responsible for commissioning and operating TVIRD's Canatuan Project: as General Manager for its successful Gold-Silver Operations and as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of its Copper-Zinc mine and processing plant. He likewise served as President & COO of Silangan Mindanao Mining Company Inc. and as President of Marcventures Mining and Development Corporation.
His overseas experience includes over 13 years with PT International Nickel Indonesia (now PT VALE Indonesia) - where he assumed senior management roles from Chief Mine Engineer to Manager of Mines - and with BHP Iron Ore in Western Australia as Principal Mining Engineer.
Mr. Perez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
