Ezra Kilfoil

Hi my name is Ezra, and my pronouns are He/Him/His. I have been working with children and families in the mental health field since 1992. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings from group homes, residential facilities, psychiatric hospitals, schools, and private practice. I have come to appreciate the variety of challenges we all face from early childhood to late adulthood. After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Portland State University I moved to California and obtained a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chico State University in 2001. In 2010 I decided to further my education and received a School Counseling degree from Seattle University.

Holli Brice

Hello, my name is Holli and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I graduated from East Tennessee State University with my bachelor's in Social Work in 2011 and graduated with my master's in Social Work in 2013. I have over 10 years of experience providing support to individuals, families, and couples. I believe that every person who enters therapy has a story that deserves to be heard and honored. My approach to therapy is strengths based and holistic. I tailor a plan collaboratively with each client that takes into account one's own individual needs with the goal of being mindful of the complexities that make each person unique. I am EMDR trained and I utilize this modality to address issues related to experiences of trauma, anxiety, and depression. For some, EMDR can provide relief around presenting issues in very few sessions. It is different than other therapies in that it is not talk therapy and does not require one to speak in depth of their trauma experience in detail in order to be effective. I see my role as a therapist as one who encourages others to recognize their ability to heal and to provide a space where clients can discover and explore paths that lead to their highest good.
