Andrew Wartell

Andrew has over 35 years in the Intelligence and Security Community. With a strong focus on technology and reengineering to accomplish work efficiencies while increasing mission effectiveness, he has managed both defensive and positive operations activities with concentration on protecting assets in the overseas environment. Andrew spent the last four years as Vice President of Global Security and Director of Special Projects at Goldman Sachs where he provided facility physical and technical security design including the new $2.1 billion Goldman Sachs headquarters building in NYC; data centers in the US, Hong Kong, India and UK; and site selection and risk assessments for facilities, worldwide. He was liaison to the World Trade Center Master Security Plan design committee and Goldman representative to the NYPD Lower Manhattan Security Initiative. He led efforts in selecting and testing curtain walls for blast resistance and is currently the private industry representative to the DOD/TSWG/Blast Effects Working Group. Andrew retired from the Central Intelligence Agency in 2002. His final assignment was as Associate Director of the DCI/Center for Security Evaluation where he managed the DCI's physical, technical and counterintelligence security oversight of diplomatic construction, worldwide - to include the US embassies in Moscow and Beijing.

Chip Hazard

Chip is a General Partner at Flybridge Capital Partners whose investment interests and experience broadly cover companies and technologies in the information technology sector. Before joining the firm in May 2002, Chip was a General Partner with Greylock Partners, a leading venture capital firm he joined in 1994. While at Greylock, Chip led or participated in numerous successful investments in the enterprise information technology field including Narrative Communications (acquired by @Home), Idiom Technologies (acquired by SDL), iPhrase Technologies (acquired by IBM), IBA (acquired by ServiceSoft/Kana), Storage Networks (IPO), Totality (acquired by MCI) and the Vincam Group (IPO in 1996, acquired by ADP). Prior to Greylock, he was with Company Assistance Limited, an investment and consulting firm in Warsaw Poland; and Bain and Company, an international management consulting firm. Chip received a BA with honors from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar and a Ford Scholar.

John Gill

John brings three decades of experience in domestic and international security, law enforcement, intelligence and private industry leadership to his role as Vice President, Sales and Business Development at Vidsys. John is focused on developing strategic partnerships and driving overall business growth for the company. Prior to joining the private sector, John retired from the United States Secret Service after 24 years of service and was also the Chief Security Officer (CSO) at the White House, where he managed and implemented security policies and programs supporting the Executive Office of the President. Prior to joining Vidsys, John was Vice President, Business Development at AGT/3i-MIND, providing operational leadership and strategic counsel for the company's homeland security and technology offerings; and most recently, the Global Director of Security for Soros Fund Management/HHS, LLC. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts and is finishing his Masters in Homeland Security Studies at the American Military University.

Kenneth Boyda

Ken brings extensive domestic and international security industry experience to the Vidsys Board of Directors. He currently is the Managing Director of KLB Associates LLC, a consulting firm providing strategic management services for the security industry. Prior to this position, he served as President and CEO of GE Security, Inc., a global company focused on communication technologies and information services for security, safety and lifestyle enhancement needs of consumers, businesses and governments. Prior to that, Ken served as president, CEO and director at Interlogix, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company until it was acquired by General Electric Company to form GE Security in 2002. He also served as president and CEO of the predecessor company SLC Technologies, Inc., a technology and manufacturing leader in the electronic security industry that merged with ITI Technologies, Inc. to form Interlogix, Inc. in 2000. In addition, he has held numerous senior executive positions at companies including Colotran, Inc. and American Can Company. Ken has previously served as a director for the Security Industry Association and is on the Boards of several technology companies in the security and safety industry including VideoIQ Inc., GVI Security Inc., and Ahura Scientific, Inc. until it's acquisition by Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2010. He also sits on the Board of Coaxis, Inc. a software company serving the construction industry. In 2006, he was inducted into the SSI (Security Sales & Integration) Hall of Fame, a lifetime achievement award that recognizes those individuals whose distinguished careers have helped shape the electronic security industry.

Marc R. Lederman

Mr. Lederman is a General Partner of NewSpring Growth and a Partner of NewSpring Capital. He has an extensive background in finance, consulting and accounting. Prior to joining NewSpring Capital, he was a Manager in the Business Assurance and Advisory Services Group of Deloitte & Touche. During his tenure at Deloitte & Touche, he led various projects within the financial services and healthcare industries, including mergers and acquisitions engagements, consulting projects and financial statement audits. He currently serves on the boards of CorrectNet, LiquidHub, The FeedRoom, RealTIME, Exegy and Raritan Inc. Mr. Lederman previously served on the board of directors of InnaPhase until its sale to Thermo Electron Corporation (NYSE: TMO) in September 2004. Mr. Lederman is an active member of the region's venture capital community. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT), the Steering Committee of the Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT) Conference, and is a national judge for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. He is also an active panelist and supporter of the regional universities' entrepreneurial programs. Mr. Lederman was selected as one of the Philadelphia region's "40 Under 40" young business leaders in 2005 and in 2001 received PhillyTech Magazine's "30 Under 30" award. He received a B.S. in Accountancy, cum laude, from Villanova University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. Lederman is a Certified Public Accountant.

Maurice Singleton - President

Maurice is a founding member of Vidsys and has extensive experience in physical and information technology systems and solutions. Maurice has served in various leadership roles at Vidsys, including his previous position as Vice President of Product Innovation, and has led business initiatives for the development of innovative product enhancements, customer experience improvement, business growth and expansion into emerging markets, as well as contributions to the shape of the PSIM/CSIM platform architecture. For more than 20 years, Maurice has been at the forefront of customer-facing activity; involved in both the execution and delivery of professional services in support of project management, technical pre-sales, global solutions architecture, expert subject-matter consulting, and providing overall leadership to serve the private sector and government agencies, as well as international customers. Maurice received his degree in Information Science from Piedmont Virginia Community College.

Pete Correll

Pete is Chairman of Atlanta Equity, a private equity firm that he co-founded with two partners to support the growth and development of entrepreneurial businesses. He earlier served as chairman and chief executive officer of Atlanta based Georgia-Pacific Corporation from 1993 - 2006. He joined the company in 1988 as senior vice president (pulp and printing paper) and was promoted to executive vice president the following year. He was elected president and chief operating officer in 1991. Prior to joining Georgia-Pacific, Pete served in executive management positions with Mead Corp. for 11 years. He began his career with Westvaco and worked for 10 years in management roles with Weyerhaeuser Company. A native of Brunswick, Georgia, Pete holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Georgia and master's degrees in pulp and paper technology and chemical engineering from the University of Maine. He serves as an outside director on the board of SunTrust Banks, Inc. and the Georgia Aquarium, in addition to being Chairman of the Board of Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation. Pete has been active in his community for years, having served as Chairman of the Metro Chamber of Commerce, Central Atlanta Progress, the Atlanta Committee for Progress, the Atlanta Action Forum, the Commerce Club and the Atlanta Council of the Boy Scouts of America. His leadership has been recognized by many organizations including the King Center Salute to Greatness Award (1999), the Brotherhood Award by the Council of Christians and Jews, and Business Hall of Fame by Georgia State University.

Phil Stockham

Phil Stockman

Philip serves as Vice President Operations for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Phil is responsible for leading all project captures, sales, implementations and ongoing support for customers in the region. Phil has over a decade of system engineering, project management and business capture experience in aerospace, defense, IT, and security. Prior to Vidsys, he spent six years with Thales, where he held various management positions, including his leadership role in the Royal Navy's flagship aircraft carrier program. With Thales, Phil consistently exceeded sales and intake targets and was a senior subject matter expert in project management process and methodology. Earlier in his career, Phil worked at Lockheed Martin as part of a program team to deliver tactical communications systems for the British Ministry of Defence during the height of the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has the comprehensive technical knowledge, including a detailed understanding of IT network infrastructure and C4ISR systems. Phil is a member of the UK Association for Project Management (APM) and the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI). He holds a degree in Business Information Technology from Bournemouth University.

Susan Gniadek

Susan Gniadek is a Human Resources Professional with more than 18 years of experience focused on executing all functions within the HR Field. Additionally, Susan interfaces with all levels of the organization to coordinate and oversee all administrative and office management activities. She has been with Vidsys since 2007.

Ted Kim

Ted is a founding member of Vidsys and has contributed to the evolution of Vidsys software from its first version to its current release. As the Vice President of Product Management, he continues to play a key role in product design and innovation initiatives. Ted managed and implemented the first PSIM project for Vidsys and for more than 15 years, Ted has provided subject matter expertise to local, state, and federal government customers as well as private enterprises in the areas of Security, IT, A/V, Technology Integration and Concept of Operations automation. As the head of Product Management Office (PMO), Ted works and leads Vidsys product and technology initiatives including his leadership role in setting the product roadmap. He also leads the Support team with a focus on User Experience and Product Adoption. Ted graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business and Economics.

Terry Drabant

Terry is CEO and President of the JVax Investment Group, LLC, which is a private investment partnership. In addition to his board membership of Vidsys, he is Chairman of the Board of Azul Systems Inc. and Vice-Chairman of the Board of the USAFA Endowment. Prior to the formation of JVax IG, LLC, he was a Lockheed Martin Corporate Vice President and President, Lockheed Martin Mission Systems. This was a $1B systems integration company within Lockheed Martin that is responsible for contracts and proposals relating to information superiority, network centric warfare, command and control, and combat support. Mr. Drabant holds a B.S. degree in Engineering Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and is also a Distinguished Graduate of the Department of Defense Management School Program Management Course, a graduate of the UCLA Modern Engineering Program and Fellow of the MIT Seminar XXI (Foreign Policies and the National Interest). He is a member of the U.S. Air Force Academy Association of Graduates, the Air Force Association, the U.S. Space Foundation, and the University of Maryland College of Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics Board of Visitors.

Tony Vazquez

Tony Vazquez brings over 15 years of technical and customer engagement experience to his Vidsys role of VP Product Development and Integration. He manages key technology partner relationships and oversees all development and integration activities for Vidsys. Prior to joining Vidsys, Tony held various engineering and management positions at Alcatel and Dialogic Research within the telecommunications industry. He focused extensively in developing software development, sustaining engineering, and customer technical support centers, and was instrumental in turning organizations into profitable entities with increased customer satisfaction by driving cross-departmental collaboration. Tony graduated from St. Edwards University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor concentration in Computer Science.
