Victoria Lance established LanceLearning in 1997 as a specialist independent Learning and Development consultancy. "I am impressed that Victoria gave us all the necessary information and skills over the two days in such a very straightforward, enjoyable, informative, understanding and often amusing way." LanceLearning was established 1997 by Victoria Lance, with the vision to inspire positive change for others and support people to perform at their full potential. Since then, Lance Learning's projects have included coaching to support CEOs and leaders, introducing performance management/accountability systems to change corporate culture and facilitating new and existing boards/teams. Victoria Lance of Lance Learning Victoria Lance is a psychologically trained International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed coach and since 2008 has also provided Equine Led Coaching with equine partners across the globe. Victoria believes that organizational success is in direct correlation with how individuals show up every day and the courage they have to be fully themselves, in order to perform at their maximum creative and innovative potential. She is able to bring her leadership expertise into her facilitation and coaching to enable the growth of her clients; for them to discover their own unique purpose, values and qualities of greatness in order for them to flourish and be authentic leaders who want to make a positive business impact within their organisations or the world at large.
