Over the past 25 years, we have worked in the commercial sector with large companies such as Wimpey Construction, R.O.K Group, Bewley Homes, Mcarthy & Stone and J. Murphy Civil Engineering, carrying out work such as re-instatement and full landscaping of new housing estates and commercial premises... In 1989 we had the opportunity to purchase a bare plot of land in our home village of HENFIELD where we established our family-run nursery within an area which historically has been well known for market gardening and nurseries since the late 19thc supplying BRIGHTON ( initially by horse and cart then later by road) and by 1905 LONDON with vegetables and flowers (including carnations and violets) by train (using the STEYNING LINE which closed in 1966 due to Dr Beeching's axe and now part of the Downs Link)... We offer a comprehensive maintenance programme with grass cutting, weed and feeding, hedge trimming, shrub and border weeding and pruning.
