- SENIOR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
As Senior Client Relationship Manager, Ann draws on over 35 years' experience in insurance claims. She began her career as a claims handler with Norwich Union in 1987, before moving to AGF Insurance, where she gained invaluable experience as a Claims Inspector, investigating all levels of motor, property and EL/PL claims.
Ann has been with ExamWorks Investigation Services since its inception in 2006 and assists in the growth of new business, helping maximise opportunities for our new and existing customers. Alongside this, Ann works closely with the operational team on the development of new products that are in line with our customer requirements and industry changes, ensuring we deliver a top quality service 100% of the time.

Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 2002, having undertaken her training contract with Halliwells. Prior to joining the ExamWorks UK family, Caroline was an Associate Solicitor in the corporate team of DLA Piper. She advised a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including, M&A, private equity, raising finance, banking work and flotations.
Caroline joined ExamWorks UK in 2009, became Group Counsel in 2015 and then Head of Compliance in 2017.
In her current role, Caroline manages a team of 10 across the UK taking responsibility for all legal, regulatory and compliance matters in addition to supporting on unique projects, for example, acquisitions.
Caroline has an MA in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at the Chester College of Law.

Helen started her career at Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1999, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. In 2003, Helen joined United Utilities as a Senior Auditor and worked across a number of finance roles including Financial Accountant for the Business Development and International division and Capital Finance Manager.
Helen joined the Premex business in 2014 as Financial Controller and was promoted to Premex Group Finance Director in 2019. Reporting to the ExamWorks UK Finance Director, Helen heads up the Premex Group Finance and Credit Control function and her key responsibilities include preparing budgets and forecasts and analysing and reporting on the group's financial performance. Helen oversees the implementation of accounting policies and financial controls, and contribute to the achievement of the company's business objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy.

Before joining ExamWorks Investigation Services, Joanna worked as a claims handler and claims inspector for several insurance providers and claims investigation businesses. Joanna has a wealth of experience in handling all types of motor/commercial motor, household, property and personal injury claims, both as a field and desktop investigator. With over 30 years of experience, Joanna has acquired an in-depth understanding of the industry and is best placed to provide the right solutions for our customers.
Joanna joined the ExamWorks Investigation Services team in 2006. As Head of Operations, Joanna is responsible for building all operational processes, recruitment, training and QA, as well as continually revising and improving the quality of our services. Joanna is the Information Security Champion for ExamWorks Investigation Services and sits on the Group Information Security Committee, ensuring we adhere to all ISO 270001 requirements and GDPR compliance.
With more than 20 years' experience working in the Insurance Fraud Investigation sector, Mark has an extensive knowledge of opportunistic insurance fraud through to UK-wide organised fraud rings.
Since joining the business in 2014, Mark has been instrumental in defining the data and intelligence function within ExamWorks which is integral to the intelligence-led investigation strategy adopted on each case. Mark prides himself in ensuring Examworks is at the fore of emerging evidential opportunities such as the use of AI and vehicle data in the investigation process.
As Head of Fraud, Mark has coordinated several successful high profile, organised fraud investigations through industry and law enforcement liaison and helps ensure we remain at the forefront of intelligence-led fraud investigations.

Since joining ExamWorks UK in 2009, Mike has worked in a number of senior roles across the business. For the past 7 years as Premex Services Managing Director, Mike led the company through a substantial period of growth and his passion for customer experience and service proposition was pivotal to its success.
Mike became Chief Executive Officer of ExamWorks UK in February 2020. Initially as a qualified solicitor, Mike has extensive experience in the personal injury and claims industry and will use his knowledge and expertise to drive the Group's growth across the sector.

Steve joined ExamWorks UK in February 2020, heading up our Information Security and management of the Compliance team. Working with all ExamWorks UK businesses, Steve's focus is ensuring Data Protection standards whilst developing the groups Information Security Management System, making sure it incorporates the internal and external requirements of the whole group.

Tamsyn began her career on the HR Fast Track Management Scheme at Royal Mail Group before being promoted to Change Manager within the organisation. She then progressed quickly within a FTSE 25 global company as a HR Business Partner before taking her first director role at 2020 Legal Limited.
Tamsyn joined the ExamWorks UK family in January 2017 and was promoted to Group HR Director in 2018.
It is Tamsyn's responsibility to drive the business culture, engagement and high performance across all ExamWorks UK companies, as well as leadership strength across the senior leadership team. Tamsyn leads the HR, Learning & Development and Payroll teams for the UK group and ensures the business is protected in terms of employment law.
Tamsyn has an MSc in Work Psychology and Business, she is a qualified Occupational Psychologist and is a fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Professional Development and the British Psychology Society.
