Aaron worked as an HGV technician for eight years after leaving school before joining Totalkare in 2011 as a field service engineer, quickly progressing to the role of senior engineer. He then worked elsewhere as a Technical Manager, furthering his knowledge, building relationships and working closely with manufacturers to explore product development and improvement plans.
Rejoining Totalkare as Technical Manager in 2022, applying his experience to support our field service engineers and product management team.
Aaron is a keen fan of Manchester United and Formula One and enjoys holidays in the sun when he can.

Adam joined Totalkare in 2009 after previously working for Lloyds Banking Group. Initially, Adam's remit was to deliver special projects whilst covering the Midlands area, but he was soon promoted to Area Sales Manager and has covered the South East region for Totalkare since 2010. Following consistently high performance, Adam was promoted to the role of Sales & Marketing Director in 2021.
Away from the office, Adam is a keen rugby player and plays for Stourbridge Rugby Club.

Brian has been Totalkare's National Account Manager since 2007 and also covers parts of Northern England. Brian first joined the Company in 1998 as salesman for the North and, after a short stint working elsewhere, returned to Totalkare in 2007. Since then Brian has built successful and enduring relationships with key customers nationwide.
Away from the office, Brian is a keen cyclist and Liverpool FC season ticket holder. A man of many talents, in his early career he spent several years working in a bakery, achieving City & Guilds qualification in the process!

Carrie joined Totalkare in 2022 as Finance Manager, with over 25 years experience in companies ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations.
During her career so far Carrie has successfully transitioned management accounting in-house, implemented new ERP systems, unified inventory accounting methods globally and collaborated to build automations. She specialises in maximising system potential through development, margin analysis and report building.
In her spare time, Carrie enjoys working on DIY/home-improvement projects, playing guitar and holidaying with her daughter and two dogs.
David joined Totalkare in May 2018, bringing with him a detailed knowledge of lifting products and a wealth of experience across a range of product and service businesses, with a particular focus on delivering excellence for the customer. Together with the Totalkare team, David is committed to continuously improving the Company's offering in product, service and training to support steady growth and enhance Totalkare's reputation as the best heavy-duty workshop solutions provider in the industry.
Outside work, David is a keen supporter of Aston Villa FC, enjoys keeping fit by regularly running 10k and half-marathons, and spending time with his family.
George Georgiou is the Area Sales Manager covering Wales and the West Midlands for Totalkare. Originally starting in marketing and internal sales back in 2002, George has held various roles during his time at Totalkare, including covering the whole of the UK as the Company's Service Contract Executive.
Prior to joining Totalkare, George was a professional footballer and played for several clubs in Cyprus, most notably Apoel Nicosia. These days George is a keen actor away from work, appearing in many amateur dramatic productions in the West Midlands.
Jack joined Totalkare in late 2017 and is the Area Sales Manager for the East of England. He has the best part of ten years' sales experience in the motor vehicle industry and prides himself on his ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with many kinds of people from different walks of life.
Having once upon a time been on the books at Leeds United FC, Jack still enjoys playing football at an amateur level as well as watching his favourite team - Huddersfield Town FC.
James joined Totalkare as Area Sales Manager covering the Greater London area in 2021, bringing with him considerable experience working in heavy commercial vehicle workshops and more than a decade of technical sales experience. In 2023 he was promoted to the role of UK Key Accounts Manager, taking a lead role in workshop fit-out and vehicle inspection pit projects.
He is familiar with all vehicle manufacturers, be it a truck, trailer, bus, coach or waste & recycling and has an excellent understanding of most modern vehicle systems.
In his spare time he enjoys motorcycling and socialising with friends, and whenever he's out on the road, he likes to explore the local area and discover ‘hidden gem' restaurants that may be off the beaten path.
Since joining the business as an aftersales coordinator in 2013, Jess has excelled in various roles, most recently as Internal Sales Manager overseeing an office-based team of six. She was promoted to Director of Operations in 2022, a role which will see her responsibilities extended to cover purchasing, the service side of Totalkare's business (including the Company's field service engineers based UK-wide) and general operations.
John has been in the motor trade since the age of 16 and is a trained Mechanic and MOT tester. He has experienced a variety of roles throughout his career from van driver through to Business Development Manager and Workshop Specialist. He spent four years working for a national workshop equipment company before joining Totalkare in 2020 as Area Sales Manager covering the South of England. He's also a part time HGV driver, which satisfies his enjoyment of being around trucks.
Outside work John is a keen follower of all motorsports, including F1 and F2 stock car racing. He enjoys classic cars and is currently restoring an MX-5. He spends the rest of his time enjoying all that Devon and Cornwall has to offer with his partner.

Lisa joined Totalkare in 2023 as Purchasing Manager bringing with her eight years of purchasing experience working within the electronics manufacturing industry. She is currently working towards gaining Advanced Diploma qualification with CIPS.
Outside of work, Lisa is a huge rugby fan and regularly attends Leicester Tigers matches. She also enjoys walking holidays all over the UK with her dog, their favourite place to visit is the Lake District.
Mike is a highly successful serial entrepreneur. He led Minivator from £5m to £50m in revenue over a decade of successful growth, concluding with a double digit EBITDA multiple exit valuation.
Mike is Non-Executive Chairman at Totalkare, and has been a significant shareholder since 2010.
He is also the CEO at Stiltz Ltd, a fast growing home lift business, and a Non-Executive Director at LightwaveRF Plc.

Nigel joined Totalkare in 2020 as Area Sales Manager for the North of England and Scotland, bringing with him over 15 years' sales experience in both the car and commercial markets. His first role in garage equipment was as an engineering coordinator and then transitioned to the sales department and became a sales and key account manager.
In his spare time, Nigel enjoys spending time with his family, with his five children keeping him busy!
He is a keen Sheffield United fan and enjoys watching boxing and UFC.

Paul joined Totalkare in 2019 as Workshop Supervisor to manage the workshop team and oversee the day-to-day coordination of activities and scheduling. He brings with him plenty of experience after nearly 14 years at Jaguar Land Rover and seven at a tier one automotive supplier.
Steve has headed up the Marketing department at Totalkare since 2017, playing a key role in increasing brand awareness and lead generation while supporting significant expansion of the Company's product portfolio. Prior to embarking on his career in marketing, Steve worked as both a graphic designer and music journalist whilst also fronting and managing a moderately successful rock band in his spare time.
He enjoys going to gigs, binge-watching box sets and spending time with his young daughter.
Surb joined Totalkare in 2021 as Finance Director bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in senior finance roles for many years. He has experience of working in organisations of varying sizes from SMEs to fully listed businesses and companies that have traded in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US. Surb has worked in different industry sectors from manufacturing, automotive services, consulting, legal and recruitment.
Having a young family occupies most of Surb's time outside of work but he does enjoy following Liverpool FC, watching stand-up comedy, theatre, travelling and fine dining.
Tristan joined Totalkare's Marketing Department in 2012 and has implemented numerous successful campaigns since then that have directly contributed to the Company's success. After getting more involved in other areas of the Company, he relinquished his marketing responsibilities to oversee the systems and processes within the business, including sales management, service scheduling and factory processes. Most recently, Tristan has progressed to become a product manager overseeing the launch and development of new products to market.
Before working at Totalkare, Tristan had an interesting and diverse career path with roles in marine biology, print management and product development.
