AMY SIMPSON LIFE AND RELATIONSHIP COACH

Amy Simpson is a licensed psychotherapist and certified professional life coach. She holds a Master of Science degree with a clinical focus in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Rhode Island. She is a certified Prepare/Enrich® facilitator, which allows her to use this evidence-based program when working with premarital couples, couples who want to enrich their relationship, couples who are struggling with parenting issues, and couples who are contemplating adopting or fostering a child. She has trained in a variety of other evidence-based interventions such as FOCUS (families overcoming under stress), AF-CBT (alternatives for families cognitive behavioral therapy), and EMDR. Amy is a trauma recovery specialist, facilitates support groups, and has taught parenting classes.
