Allison originally started her insurance career in 2006 at Miller Carlisle Insurance where she handled Personal Lines service and sales. She then moved to Denver, where she lived for 3 years to gain experience in large commercial account management. In October of 2014, she re-joined the Miller Carlisle Insurance Associates team as an addition to the Commercial Lines department doing sales and service. Allison is also the daughter of owner, Kim Shoff.
Amanda was born and raised in Altoona Pennsylvania. Graduated from Altoona Area High School and moved to North Carolina in 2010. She has over 12 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry but was ready for a change. While in North Carolina she met her husband born and raised here in Carlisle Pennsylvania and moved back in 2019 to be closer to family. She spends her free time with her family and two dogs.
Jean has been in the insurance business since 1984, and started her career by providing life insurance coverage. Jean moved to Pennsylvania in 1989 and has worked in various areas of the insurance industry. But her passion is helping customers protect their personal assets by providing auto, home and life insurance coverage. She loves that her career allows her to meet and get to know new people. Jean resides in York, PA and is married. When she isn't working, she is spending time with her family and her two Corgi pups.

Jordan was born in Hattiesburg Mississippi, but raised here in Carlisle PA. He has over 10 years of sales experience around the Carlisle area, mostly in the automotive industry. He likes to bring a little bit of "southern hospitality" everywhere he goes. Jordan loves spending time with his son outdoors and considers himself a trivia king.
Kim has been with the agency since 1982. She started her career with the agency as the receptionist and worked her way up to Vice-President in June 1997. She purchased the agency, when the founder, Gene Miller, passed away suddenly in December of 2005. She knows that the extensive knowledge and training that she received from Mr. Miller will enable her to continue on the professional and successful path that the agency has been on since its inception in 1978. Kim is married, has 3 children and is a lifetime resident of Newville.

She has been in the insurance business since 1982. Lori personally reports and follows the progress of each claim and makes sure that the customer is getting the best possible service from our many carriers. Claim time can be stressful for our clients and our goal is to put them at ease and reassure them that we are there for them. Lori also sells and provides customer service on the Personal Lines side.
Sandy has been in the insurance business since 1986. She started her career at an insurance company as a file and mail clerk then worked her way up to an underwriting assistant. Sandy has many years of commercial lines insurance experience. Her knowledge spans various types of business from small to large accounts. When not working she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Tom heads up the Health Insurance division of the agency and has prior experience. He specializes in Health, Life & Disability Insurance for Groups, Individuals and Medicare eligible beneficiaries. He also has expertise in the HSA and HRA Tax preferred plans, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans. Tom resides in York, PA and is married and has 2 children.
