Dunlap Construction is a family operated business, that has been building custom homes for over 43 years. Carl H. Dunlap, a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens Trade School (now Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology), started his company in 1979, catering to the desires and dreams of homeowners. From remodeling and additions to showcase homes, Carl has built his business by honoring the customer through paying attention to details and good communication. His reputation in the local community is strong and well known for quality, integrity and craftsmanship. A fully insured company, Dunlap Construction works with some of the finest subcontractors in south central Pennsylvania. Dunlap Construction is an incorporated partnership and is owned and operated by Carl, his wife Peggy their two sons.
