Mohit has over 20 years well-rounded and diversified experience in Corporate Restructuring, Compliance & Secretarial functions, Merger & Amalgamation, Due Diligences, PE deals, private placement, ESOP Management, managing Regulatory relationships, Regulatory audits, development & implementation of Compliance/ Corporate Governance Framework, Policies, Processes & Controls at the Enterprise level, Compliance Monitoring & Testing and Risk Management.
Prior to association with Forecore, Mohit was working with Religare Group as Executive Vice-President- Compliance & Secretarial heading the Compliance & Secretarial department of Religare Group. Previously, he has also worked with Educomp, Minda Group, Om Metals Infraprojects Limited and Manupatra.com Pvt Ltd. During his stint with Religare & Educomp, he has led various fund raising projects in form of FCCBs, QIP, private equity investment, preferential allotment and private placement.
Satish is a commerce graduate and an fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Satish has experience of over 14 years in corporate governance and compliance functions of domestic and international laws including India, South East Asia, Europe and other jurisdictions.

Suvindra did his Bachelor ™s degree in Commerce from the Patna University, he is also a Law Graduate and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2008.
Suvindra has rich and varied experience of 16 years in handling the corporate affairs of the various listed corporate houses, viz. SRM Energy Limited, Cals Refineries Limited, Emmsons International Ltd., and also associated with the REC Limited for a brief period. For the previous Six years, he was heading the group as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with a varied responsibilities for overall compliances under different laws, handling the legal cases, investigations against the Companies, and other administrative work.
During his tenure as Company Secretary, he has been actively involved in liasoning with the different departments and investigating agencies. e.g., SFIO, ED, SEBI, ROC and Official Liquidators (OL), attached to the Delhi Court. Apart from the aforesaid he has obtained his experience in dealing with various Corporate legal matters at different forums and Courts, e.g., High Court and Lower Courts and also with the other judicial bodies like, SAT, NCLAT, NCLT and ITAT etc.
