In addition, Harald had been responsible for the development and management of direct asset portfolios for one of Germany's largest private banks from which he retired in 2010 to join Infralinx Capital as a senior partner. Since January 2019, he is Partner and Managing Director of Infralinx Infrastructure Finance Advisory & Arranging Services, operating out of Frankfurt, Germany. Between 2001 and 2010, Harald arranged and managed assets in North America, Europe, China and Southeast Asia, focusing on transportation, logistics and leisure- orientated real estate. In addition, he was responsible for private wealth management of entrepreneur clients of Delbrück Bethmann Maffei AG as well as its predecessor, Delbrück & Co. Privatbankiers between 2001 and 2007. Prior to that, Harald was covering the tourism and logistics sectors in Germany for Credit Suisse First Boston and took part in various PPP transactions in the infrastructure sector. He worked intensively on numerous pre-IPO financings in the German and European markets, advising non-German bidders in various privatizations in Germany and abroad. Between 1991 and 1998, Harald had been responsible for project finance transactions for Commerzbank AG and UBS, covering fossil-fueled power deals in the United States, Canada and Eastern Europe, focusing on Hungary and the Baltic States. He was a co-arranger in the landmark financing of Germany's two major cellular phone networks (D2 and E2). His work also included water and sewage projects in Brazil and Guatemala. Harald has an MBA from the University of Cologne. He is fluent in German, French and English. He is a member of BPPP e.V., a private sector advisory unit working on infrastructure issues with the Federal and State Governments in Germany. Mark L. Mazzanti

Mark Mazzanti co-founded Mazzanti and Associates LLC in 2019, following a 35-year career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In his role as President of the specialized consulting firm, Mazzanti combines his technical expertise with business and public policy experience to create effective strategies in water resources management, development and implementation. Mazzanti served as a member of the Senior Executive Service for the 10 years prior to his retirement in October 2019. Mazzanti retired as the Director of Programs, Southwestern Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. As the Division's senior civilian, he was responsible for managing and directing the programming, planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance, and dredging activities of the Division's over $5 billion program. He also served as the senior advisor to the Commanding General and provided oversight of execution for SWD's four districts' programs. Mazzanti also previously served as Chief of the Programs Integration Division at Corps Headquarters in Washington, DC. In this position, he was responsible for recommending the scope, direction, content and options for the entire Civil Works long-range and annual programs, coordinating the justification and defense of program resource requirements and overseeing execution of the program. He also directed the review and analysis of the Civil Works programs and budget requirement of the 8 Corps' Divisions and 38 Districts. He was further responsible for a multitude of other duties, including development and administration approval of the Corps' Civil Works' Strategic Plan, Corps' Congressional liaison efforts and for coordination with key Federal agencies, such as the Office of Management and Budget. Prior to his assignment to Corps Headquarters, Mazzanti was the Director of Programs for the Mississippi Valley Division/Mississippi River Commission. In this assignment he served as the senior advisor to the Commanding General/MRC President and provided oversight of execution for MVD's six districts' programs. He also served as a principal staff member to the seven presidentially appointed members of the MRC. Mazzanti began his career with the Corps in 1984 as a civil engineer with the Vicksburg District, advancing through a wide variety of planning, project and program management assignments to become the Chief of Programs Branch and special advisor to the District's senior civilian, the Deputy for Project Management. A native of Lake Village, Arkansas, Mazzanti received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from University of Mississippi He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and is married to the former Frances Beth Ginn of Columbia, MS and they reside in Dallas, Texas.

Currently the organization has contracted with IBM to develop Cyber Security Centers all over the world. Bermuda is a location of interest to that end. Mr. White is a Bermudian entrepreneur who is currently an owner and President of ESC Limited, the largest lighting and electrical supplier in the Bermuda market. The company has been proudly serving the Bermuda market since 1987 when it opened its doors. Mr. White began working for ESC in 1992 as a full-time employee serving customers both commercial and residential. In 1996 Mr. White acquired a stake in the Company and since that time has been instrumental in taking the company from a small 4-person shop with 2,000 square feet to the operation it is today with 18 Bermudian employees and 24,000 square feet of retail and warehouse space. Mr. White is an experienced trades person having completed an Associated Diploma in Building Construction. Mr. White began his career working in the trades providing carpentry and plumbing services along- side his father and grandfather in the family plumbing business. Mr. White is using his business experience in a fast-growing Limited company by providing public service in the capacity as a Charities Commissioner, which is a government board. Mr. White along with his colleagues, a 6- person strong committee have been working diligently together to move the Charities that are registered in Bermuda to be compliant with the standards as set out in the Charities Commission Act.
