Brandon F. Harris

Dr. Harris is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist, specializing in premium cataract surgery, eyelid surgery, laser refractive surgery, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Refractive Surgery Alliance. He is a native Texan and grew up in Tyler Texas. Graduated with Honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2010. He graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 2014. He then completed his intern year and residency in ophthalmology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in 2015, and 2018 respectively. He has been practicing Comprehensive Ophthalmology at Carl R Darnall Army Medical Center (Fort Hood) since 2018. He is married with 2 children, and spends his free time hiking, backpacking, and kayaking in the hill country.

Cody J. Harrison

Cody Harrison, OD is an experienced doctor of optometry at UltraVision in San Antonio and Eagle Pass, Texas. Dr. Harrison specializes in ocular disease management, primary care, contact lens fittings, and perioperative care. He offers professional, compassionate care to all patients, taking the time to ensure each person receives a thorough and comprehensive examination. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Dr. Harrison went on to pursue his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Rosenberg School of Optometry at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. During his training, he completed externships at McWethy Troop Medical Clinic at Fort Sam Houston and at Kozlovsky, Delay, and Winter Eye Consultants, both in San Antonio. Dr. Harrison is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association and is fluent in both English and Spanish. He lives in San Antonio with his wife, Emily, and their three children, Ethan, Andrew, and Alexis.

Dr. Tomy Starck

Dr. Tomy Starck, MD is a recognized leader in cornea and refractive surgery. He is also a renowned author and speaker in the field of Ophthalmology. Dr. Starck is also the founder and director of UltraVision in San Antonio, Eagle Pass, and New Braunfels, Texas. After completing his undergraduate in education and medical degree at the University of Valle in Colombia, Dr. Starck was awarded a scholarship at the world-renowned Barraquer Clinic, a refractive surgery center in Bogota. There, he completed his ophthalmology residency training under the direction of Dr. Jose Barraquer, known as the "Father of Refractive Surgery." Dr. Starck continued his training in the United States. First, as a cornea fellow at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary-Harvard Medical School in Boston. Followed by three additional years as a Resident in Ophthalmology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio (UTHSCSA). He has been on the faculty of UTHSCSA since 1994 and is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Starck, a prolific medical author, has written more than 25 articles in peer-reviewed journals, many textbook chapters, and has given more than 85 presentations both in the US and internationally educating his colleagues and fellow surgeons in the field of Ophthalmology as they relate to vision correction. He was also honored to be the proud recipient of the 1999 American Academy of Ophthalmology Achievement Award for his many years of distinguished service in the field. Since then, his career has continued to grow and span over more than three decades. Thus, allowing him to treat thousands of patients, who to this day, have benefitted from his expertise, skill, and knowledge in the field of Ophthalmology.
