James makes sure all the awards categories are relevant for today's creative teams, annually reviewing their structure and overseeing all aspects of their judging.
James is an experienced Marketing Director and Agency Leader. Currently consulting at Discovery Warner Bros and helping them drive the growth of their new SVOD platform Discovery +. Previously, James was Controller of Marketing and Media at Channel 4 until 2020 where he was responsible for all on and off air marketing for their network of channels and services. In his time there he led the multi award winning campaigns for The Paralympics in 2012 and 2016. James was also a Member of the Freeview board from 2012 to 2020 and is now on the board of RJ4All. Restorative Justice for All is an international institute with a mission to advance community cohesion and human rights.
Jennifer first realised that it was someone's job to decide what went on in the bits between the programmes when she landed a job at Carlton/ITV Sales in 2000. She then moved on to the agency world, planning TV campaigns for a variety of commercial clients before joining Channel 4 Media Planning in 2005, where she is now responsible for C4's owned media strategy across all channels and platforms.
Jess, in combination with Aoife, is responsible for helping set the strategic vision for Promax UK.
Leigh runs the Taskforce and oversees all the content they create ranging from running social media pages, creating content, photographing events, through to working on cutting the opening reels for the Awards Night themselves.
Olivia is responsible for organizing key Promax UK events including International Women's Day & Nomination's Night as well assisting in organizing the Awards ceremony.
Zung manages the day-to-day running of the company organizing all bard meetings and assisting across all areas of Promax UK.
