All employees and HR administrators who have not yet logged into Springboard will need to create a username and password. Click on the "First Time User" link above and select the "Employee" button. Follow the prompts to create your username and set a temporary password. We recommend using your email address as your username... PLEASE NOTE: As of 4/9/22, employees of New Jersey based employer groups will no longer be able to login to Springboard Marketplace. Please contact your HR Admin for enrollment needs or questions... If you need additional assistance, please call the Springboard Helpdesk at 855-529-1535 and select option 3.
