I am a Qualified Social Worker and HCPC registered. I have many years management experience along with qualifications also in training. I have over 25 years experience working in this field. This also includes experience in Children's Services, Probation Service and Adult Services alike. I have also worked as a consultant within the private sector. I am the Chair of the Cross Sector Provider Partnership in North Lincolnshire and also a partner in the Learning Disability Partnership, Children Partnership, Carers Partnership and the Adult Partnership amongst others.
I made the decision to embark on a challenge to set up this service alone inspired by my family background. It was a long journey to get to this point with lots of hard work. I enjoy learning new skills and ensure as a service employ the best support staff who can deliver a quality service that makes a difference to peoples lives.
