She has since qualified as a hypnotherapist (Cert Hyp CS) and is able to offer a variety of treatments, in particular for anxiety and chronic pain. Amanda takes a "working together" approach in her sessions and considers hypnotherapy to be one of the most empowering therapies there is. She says "I lay the groundwork to enable the client to make the changes they require, opposed to making the change happen myself. Ultimately the only person who can change their perspective and make things happen is the individual themselves. The more open the individual is to the possibilities hypnotherapy can offer; the more hypnotherapy can offer the individual."

Ashleigh loves treating patients of all ages and uses a combination of techniques including joint manipulation and mobilisation, soft tissue work, dry needling, taping methods and exercise rehabilitation/ stretching and tailors this to every patient she sees.
