James joined the Cobra team in 2013 as design engineer and worked for 6 years in the design office before progressing into a project management role. In 2021 James was appointed contracts manager and now has responsibility for pricing and manage our fabrication and engineering and services and programming manufacturing works and deliveries. James is a time served apprentice in mechanical works and precision engineering with 10 years' experience on shop floor before he moved into design.
Lyndon is Managing Director and has over 36 years' experience in all forms of steel fabrication and pipe work for the food, water and power industries. He joined Cobra in 1994 as a welder fabricator and site supervisor before becoming workshop foreman and then moving on to work as Project Engineer for 12 years. In 2021, Lyndon was appointed Managing Director dealing with day-to-day running of the Cobra business as well as developing relationships with wide range of key customers.
Nathan started out as an engineering apprentice back in 2006 before joining Cobra in their fabrication workshops to further develop his knowledge and skills in 2011. He became a coded pipe welder for steam and process pipework and completed the Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) and has good experience in Food Processing and pipework as well as working in the power and civils side of the business on large installs. Nathan has progressed up through the business working across the many industries and sectors, leading larger projects and installations as a site supervisor before becoming a Project Manager in 2022.Nathan is in his element on site, working with his clients to achieve what is needed. His knowledge and understanding helps with problem solving, managing site issues and achieving common goals. It's through this approach that he has developed good trustworthy working relationships with all his clients.
Paul has a wealth of experience gained in the Royal Navy, pharmaceuticals and food production industries, with responsibilities covering engineering, production and maintenance activities as well as key accounts management before joining Cobra Engineering in 2021. At Cobra, Paul is responsible for managing our operational and engineering activities, for ensuring our products and services are delivered complete and on time and to the highest quality standards as expected by our clients.
As Project Manager, Stuart has built up over 18 years of experience with Cobra Engineering, working with our clients predominantly in the Food, Energy and Manufacturing industries. Having started his Cobra career in the Fabrication workshops, Stuart's practical, hands on and client focussed approach has enabled him to develop and grow many long-standing relationships with several key clients who appreciate his pragmatic, can-do approach to project management.
