Andrew has worked on many complex restructuring matters in the hospitality, shipping and manufacturing industries. Andrew is also passionate about the development of Insolvency and Risk Management Law in emerging markets in Asia.

Andrew Quinn

Andrew has been with Australian Debt Solvers since 2016 and runs our Queensland office. Andrew was also a national finalist in the Young Accountant of the Year 2020 awards. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge in Corporate Restructuring, Turnaround, and Insolvency and is passionate about collaborating with all of his clients and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. He has worked with a variety of companies to help them through voluntary administration and has helped them to ensure their employees still had worked at the conclusion of the process. Qualifications Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, is a CPA qualified Accountant and is an ASIC-Registered Liquidator.

David Hill

David is the Founder and Director of Australian Debt Solvers and has been helping Directors of companies for over 15 years. He works closely with a number of clients who have required restructure and turnaround solutions, and has a reputation for providing a clear plan of action resulting in many referrals and repeat business. David treats all directors with respect and ensures they have a strong advisor through what is normally a stressful and tumultuous time. He has extensive experience of pre-appointment meetings throughout Australia - where clients need to understand the implications for their company going into Voluntary Administration. David Hurst

Growing up in Bathurst, NSW, David's interest in agriculture and passion for motorsport translates to his hands-on approach in the insolvency industry. Taking upon a broad range of appointments, David provides a thorough analysis of the current situations his clients are facing and provides the best possible outcome for them and other stakeholders. David's experience allows him to draw on a broad range of prior appointments and their unique nature to facilitate the survival of a business where possible by using achievable arrangements. Domenic Calabretta

Domenic is widely regarded as one of Australia's leading restructuring experts, and in 2021 he had the most number of insolvency appointments of anyone in the industry. Domenic has significant experience across restructuring and administration and is both a lawyer and an accountant, which gives him a holistic view over financial and legislative business issues. His qualifications have enabled Domenic to significantly influence case law, and improve best practise for corporate insolvency. No job is too big or too small for Domenic. He enjoys helping businesses of all sizes. He is equally at home advising a major financial institution as he is advising a small business. He is well versed in in significant aspects of business turnaround, restructuring and administration of trading operations as well as crisis management. Grahame is always focused on commercial outcomes and communications with key stakeholders in transitioning various companies through Voluntary Administration, Deeds of Company Arrangement, Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and Safe Harbour appointments.
