Ciarán practises in all areas of Litigation, and also advises both private and institutional clients regarding all aspects of Data Rights and Data Protection Law.

David Browne

He is one of the Litigation Partners in the firm and has worked as a Solicitor for over twenty five years specialising in Court work. He advises a broad range of clients both commercial and private individuals and also acts extensively for one of the largest religious orders in Ireland. David has a wide range of experience in Family Law, Employment Law, Personal Injury actions and Defence Litigation. He represents Insurance Companies and has a large private client base. He has been involved in many landmark cases, has lectured widely, and provides media commentary on various legal issues.

Niall is a Partner in the Conveyancing and Probate Department. He graduated from University College Cork in 1983 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1987. Niall has dealt extensively in all aspects of Conveyancing including the sale and purchase of both Residential and Commercial properties, Leases and Financing. He acts on behalf of a number of Financial Institutions and Multi-National Companies and has a large private client base. Niall jointly manages with Joan Byrne, Partner the Probate Department dealing with Taxation and Financial Planning.

Sarah O' Keeffe

Shirley Fogarty
