George M. Bloom

George M. Bloom is a specialist in residential and commercial real estate, commercial transactions, and estate planning document drafting and probate representation. He brings more than three decades of experience to his law practice and is admitted to the state bars of New Jersey and Florida. As a residential real estate attorney, George has represented thousands of home buyers and sellers in Northern New Jersey. With a successful record of completing complex and difficult residential transactions, he is regularly recommended by knowledgeable local real estate brokers as an efficient attorney who takes a practical, common-sense approach to resolution of clients' problems. George is equally pragmatic and effective in providing legal services for clients engaged in commercial transactions, forming new businesses, or needing Will and related document drafting. Paul J. Dillon

Paul J. Dillon is a highly regarded litigator with more than 30 years of wide-ranging experience and particular expertise in commercial and business litigation. He has the highest peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is designated a New Jersey Super Lawyer in business litigation. Paul's practice regularly includes representing clients involved in sophisticated business disputes and tort claims. In addition, he frequently acts as local counsel for out-of-state firms seeking the assistance of highly competent, knowledgeable New Jersey counsel. In private practice with George Bloom, Esq., since 1998, Paul is admitted to the state bars of New Jersey and New York and the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York. Paul strives to obtain the most practical, cost-effective resolution for his clients, whether by pursuing formal litigation or alternative dispute resolution procedures. He takes pride in managing his time efficiently for each client in each litigation matter, as well as in responding meticulously to client requests and concerns. A practiced, versatile courtroom lawyer, Paul has trial experience in both state and federal courts. He has argued appeals in the United States Court of Appeals and the Appellate Division of New Jersey, and has successfully represented clients in numerous preliminary injunction proceedings, arbitrations and mediations. His client matters include the full scope of business litigation, from unfair competition and restrictive covenant claims to commercial mortgage foreclosures. Paul is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, serving from 1984 through 1987. He is a graduate of Boston College Law School (J.D., cum laude) and New York University Law School (Master of Laws), and he has served as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall Law School.
