BUILDING PERFORMANCE GROUP - Key Persons
Brandon joined the team in 2020 and has been a reliable team member working in the field, primarily with our new construction clients. He has inspected over 1,500 houses since the joining the team and earned his HERS Rater Field Inspector certification as well.

Gabrielle (Bre) is our detail-oriented team member who keeps track of all job documentation and scheduling responsibilities. She's also in charge of job invoicing and receiving payments. She is the first point of contact at Building Performance and stays in constant communication with our builder clients and homeowners. Bre and David Clevenger have been married since 2010 and have two boys.
Christina has been married to Eric since 2010 and helped launch Building Performance with him in 2008. They have two girls and one boy. She currently handles all accounts payable and cash-flow, along with monthly accounting and tax preparation throughout the year.

David has worked in the construction and insulation industries since high school as well, and has been the lead HERS Rater since 2016 and General Manager for Building Performance since 2013.
David has earned several BPI certifications, including Building Analyst and Building Technician and oversaw the weatherization of over 1700 houses as a contractor in the low-income weatherization program in Indiana. He also insulated close to 1,000 new houses as a contractor and insulated his first house in high school.
Eric began his career in the construction industry in high school working for his parents' restoration and insulation businesses, After graduating from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business he helped run daily operations for both companies until they were sold in 2008.
In early 2008 Eric earned the HERS (Home Energy Rating System) certification through Energy Efficient Homes Midwest and RESNET, and the Infrared Thermographer certification through Snell Infrared, and decided to start a new company focused entirely on building diagnostics and energy ratings.
In early 2010 Eric also obtained his Building Analyst Professional certification from the Building Performance Institute (BPI). In 2014 Eric attended training through the National Comfort Institute to obtain certifications in Residential HVAC Systems Performance & Air-Balancing testing.
