Alexandra Krystal

Alexandra Krystal is Head of Prime Services Sales and Capital Introductions. Ms. Krystal's responsibilities involve, but are not limited to the strategic development and implementation of the firm's U.S. Prime Brokerage Initiative, including oversight of core activities comprising sales, capital introductions, and onboarding. Ms. Krystal is also responsible for managing senior hedge fund relationships, overseeing the build-out of client-facing strategies and providing ongoing guidance with respect to structure, industry best-practices and forward looking trends in the market. Alexandra leverages both her past experience with multiple prime brokers and the insight gained from more than five years of ‘non-bank branded access' advisory roles for the bank's clients. Alexandra has also developed a bespoke Capital Introductions program that maximizes utility to the allocator and to the fund manager by reinforcing and amplifying the hedge fund client's message tactfully and tactically. Prior to CIBC, Ms. Krystal developed and led EYs Prime Brokerage Advisory business, where she and her team worked along-side Prime Brokers to perform business assessments considering metrics across infrastructure, legal entity analysis, strategy, and balance sheet. She also developed an industry-leading Hedge Fund Treasury Study to substantiate the evolution of the financing role, based on a detailed examination of collateral management processes, counterparty risk management practices, margin replication methods, PB relationships and funding technology solutions. Ms. Krystal also held senior Prime Brokerage sales roles at Barclays and UBS. Ms. Krystal sits on the board of the Chillin with Adam foundation where she helps the charity raise and distribute money to hospitals in the help and support of children suffering with cancer and other related blood disorders. Ms. Krystal graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. and from Columbia University with a M.B.A.

Andrew Watts - VP

Andrew Watts joined Picton Mahoney Asset Management ("PMAM") in 2015 as a Vice President in the Institutional Business group. Based in Toronto, he is responsible for coverage of the firm's institutional clientele. She was the CEO at East Metro Youth services, the lead agency for children and youth mental health transformation in Toronto where she led a variety of change management exercises and worked to advance sector transformation with over thirty agency partners and other key stakeholders in education, health, City of Toronto and with children, youth and their families. From 2012-2017, she was the Senior Vice President, Community Impact at United Way Greater Toronto and has a long history, and proven track-record, of delivering transformative social programs to improve the lives of people in the community. Working with a staff of 40 and dozens of volunteers to allocate and oversee United Way's $88 million annual investment in the community. Before United Way, Deb spent five years as Executive Director at University Settlement and spent more than fifteen years in New York City working in a variety of positions across the social services sector. Derek Flood

Mr. Flood joined RBC Capital Markets in 1995 as part of the Corporate Finance group within Investment Banking. J. R. Kingsley Ward has over 25 years of experience in initiating, structuring, and monetizing private equity investments.
