Ana Palacios

Ana was born and raised in Guanajuato, Mexico. As part of the immigrant community of Texas for more than 20 years, Ana understands the needs of each client and has more than 15 years of experience in Customer Service. As an intake and client relations specialist, Ana serves as a liaison between clients and attorneys. Ana is also responsible for receiving and processing each USCIS notification and communicating each notification to the client. In her free time, Ana enjoys being surrounded by nature, hiking, reading, arts and crafts, and above all, learning every day.

Danai Martinez

Danai was born in Ciudad de Mexico and was raised in Dallas, TX. She is the receptionist at the Law Office of Daniel Stewart. Danai has an associate's degree from Collin County Community College and is working towards her bachelor's degree in communications. Her hobbies include dancing, swimming, and traveling. Her passion has always been supporting the immigrant community because she has seen firsthand the hardships of achieving the American Dream.

Jennifer Cendejas

Jennifer Cendejas is a first-generation Mexican American and the first in her family to complete her education. Prior to working as a legal assistant with our firm, Jennifer worked for 10 years as a Pre-K teacher. Jennifer loves spending time with her husband and two young children and is grateful for the opportunities her job provides her to help families like her own.

Jennifer Wood Stinson

Jennifer is a compassionate attorney specializing in family-based immigration law. She enjoys working with clients from all over the world and finds great satisfaction in helping them navigate the complexities of the immigration law system. During her childhood Jennifer lived with her family in Sao Paulo, Brazil and that experience shaped her love of other languages and cultures. Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and spent time studying in Madrid, Spain. She received her Juris Doctor from The University of Chicago Law School and loved living in the vibrant city of Chicago. Jennifer is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Prior to joining the law firm, Jennifer worked for many years with charitable organizations and nonprofits that support immigrants and refugees. These experiences helped her understand the difficult circumstances people encounter when trying to find secure, supportive, and sustainable living situations. She is a passionate advocate for immigrant rights and human dignity and strives to show that through her work and volunteer activities. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She loves being out in nature and enjoys running, hiking, and biking whenever possible. She loves to read and travel and always looks forward to her next adventure meeting new people and having new experiences.

Karina Rivera

Karina has worked in the immigration field for several years. She understands the ever-complicated immigration process and is very understanding of the frustrations and concerns that our clients experience when dealing with government agencies. Karina assists with all types of family-based immigration cases, including adjustment of status, waivers, citizenship, and DACA applications.

Paola Garces

With over 18 years of working in immigration law, Paola Garces specializes in consular processing, waivers, and removal proceedings. For over 14 years, she has assisted Mr. Stewart with hundreds of successful cases, providing knowledge and meticulous preparation in each one. Paola graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the National University of Colombia in Manizales, Colombia. Her managerial skills and attention to detail are helpful when dealing with complex child status protection act or inadmissibility issues. As an immigrant herself, Paola is truly passionate when it comes to helping our customers realize their American dreams.

Patricia Gonzalez

Prior to joining the Law Office of Daniel Stewart, PLLC Patricia worked as a Legal Assistant for a Personal Injury Law Firm. An Immigrant herself, Patricia is passionate about helping families reunite and achieve their American Dream.

Sara Johnson

Sara D'Abreo earned her Juris Doctorate at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She has worked in the area of immigration law since 2007. Sara has experience working in the following areas: Adjustment of status Consular processing Waivers Citizenship Religious workers Asylum Domestic violence and crime Throughout her career, Sara has represented many clients at interviews and court hearings. Sara understands the importance of each individual case and will listen carefully to clients' concerns and needs throughout the immigration process. Sara is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Russian. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit.

Victor Ramirez

Victor is a Dallas native and a proud first-generation Salvadoran American. He graduated from UNT in 2020 with his bachelor's degree in English. Initially preparing for a career in education, his life's trajectory has led him to become an immigration legal assistant. With a focus on provisional waivers alongside other family-based immigration cases, he is grateful for the opportunity that this office has provided him to be able to assist and help families like his own in finding the path to legal status in the country he calls home.
