EUGENE SIOW

The geek in me is a strange blend of engineer, designer and academic. I think it helps explain my desire to create solutions, with technology, that are simple, fast and beautiful... Academic - I received my PhD in Computer Science from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom. My thesis, titled ‘Efficient Querying for Analytics on Internet of Things Databases and Streams', was about improving the scalability and performance of semantically interopeable graph queries across time-series data and graph-structured metadata for the IoT. I was supervised by Dr Thanassis Tiropanis and Professor Dame Wendy Hall... I'm a computer scientist from Singapore. Check out my research, designs, projects and blog.
