Aimee is a REALTOR® and Seniors Real Estate Specialist®. She specializes in working with mature adults who are making a later in life real estate transition, whether it be downsizing, relocating closer to family or to a senior community, or aging in place. Having built a strong network of support for clients to ease the stress of moving, Aimee is committed to being a resource for her clients and their families, building trust through integrity, and protecting the best interest of her clients at all times. Aimee's background includes of years of experience in sales and marketing across multiple industries, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from SDSU.
Amanda Mendez grew up in Iowa City, Iowa, now famous for "The Wave" at all Iowa Hawkeye football games to the patients at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital. In 2000, she moved to California, living in San Diego for 3 years before relocating to Los Angeles, where she has been ever since.
Growing up in Iowa, Amanda spent time with her family, fixing up and renovating the houses they lived in, or had obtained as rental property. Not afraid to get her hands dirty, Amanda gained experience picking out carpet, tile and paint colors, to stripping and sanding wood trim and hardwood floors. She has been along side her family during renovations, all the way up to building a house from scratch. With her mom's keen sense of style and design and her dad's expertise in craftsmanship, Amanda developed an eye for detail and a passion for a good deal with great potential.
In 2003, Amanda found her way to Los Angeles and has spent time in Hollywood, Los Feliz, West LA, Brentwood and eventually landing in the San Fernando Valley, where she enjoys the convenience of being walking distance to all the Boulevard has to offer.
In 2005, Amanda single handedly started her own remote bookkeeping practice, which she still owns and operates with her husband today. She decided to merge her love of finance and excitement for real estate by becoming an agent. On a mission to find a great deal, she set out to help others find theirs, too. Whether it's finding a hidden gem, your first home, a new home for your expanding family, or empty nesters looking to downsize, Amanda enjoys helping others and loves to see people happy and smiling.
A Sherman Oaks resident since 2007, Amanda is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys chasing after her two young boys, spending quality time with family and friends, going for walks with her chihuahuas, Gizmo and Rosie Burrito, traveling, and showing clients the best Los Angeles has to offer.
Anna, an east coast native, is originally from Vermont. She later moved to Pittsburgh PA where she earned her degree in education from Duquesne University. Anna spent fifteen years working as a teacher before taking time to focus on family. Anna relocated to San Diego in 2008 and has now been a Poway resident for the past twelve years. With two children having attended Poway schools, Anna has been an active member of the community volunteering, serving on PTA boards, and coaching local sports.
Deciding to pursue her passion for real estate, Anna joined a local property management company in 2015. Working as a leasing agent she has traveled all over San Diego helping clients find rentals. Anna is excited to now have the opportunity to help buyers find the perfect home. With an eye for detail, an outgoing personality and fantastic people skills Anna can relate to the specific needs of her clients.

Cynthia Elizondo earned her MBA in International Business in 1993 and has used this knowledge to start several successful entrepreneurial endeavors, but her true love has always been Real Estate. So, when the opportunity arose to follow that dream, she jumped at it, and never looked back. Since then, she has helped many clients achieve their own dreams of buying and selling their first home, investment properties, or next step on their real estate path.

Following her belief that volunteerism makes for a strong community, Cynthia serves on the Board of Directors for the Poway Senior Center and the Poway Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with Soroptimist International of Poway and Poway Real Estate Professionals. As a devout Catholic, Cynthia is also an active member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church, where her husband serves as a deacon.

Hello, I am Kristine Kirkman. I was born and raised in San Diego and currently living in Ramona. I graduated from Rancho Bernardo High School. I obtained my bachelor's degree in Science of Accounting from the University of Phoenix. I have worked in accounting, in both the public and private sector, for the last 15 years. I currently work for Poway Unified School District as the accounting technician at Poway High School. As an accountant, it is so important to have a good reputation as being trustworthy, honest, having great attention to detail, being organized, an emphasis on accuracy, being a great communicator and having your client's best interest. Personal - Louise and her husband Leo have three grown children and six grandchildren. They have been Poway residents since 1984. Their daughter attended Poway High School.
Professional - Currently working at Halcyon Real Estate Services as a full time Realtor. She previously worked at Motorola, Inc. as a Contract Administrator from 1968 to 1970, and at Computer Sciences Corp. as a Financial Analyst from 1970 to 1984.

Rindy Barnes is a native San Diegan and earned degrees in Math and Computer Science at UC Santa Cruz. She stayed up in the Bay Area for 10 years as a Software QA Engineer during the huge Dot Com era working for numerous major computer corporations.
Rindy returned back home to San Diego in 1999 and moved to North County Inland area to raise her boys. Staying at home and on a limited budget began her passion for remodeling her own home and many Do-It-Yourself projects. Loving the process and seeing the transformation of a home change into something worth more gave Rindy the bug. As time and money would allow while volunteering in the community and raising her children, she and her spouse began investing in real estate. Managing the properties herself, she has been lucky to have excellent tenant - landlord relationships. Rindy was a licensed real estate agent for 10 years and now a Real Estate broker. Sheri's expertise comes from being an accomplished businesswoman with an extensive background in Real Estate and Finance. Besides being a Licensed Realtor, she owns a number of businesses, including a successful real estate accounting practice.
It's no wonder Sheri loves Real Estate. Born a 4th Generation Native Californian, Sheri grew up moving and traveling in a Military Family. She learned first-hand what it takes to move, search for, and sell homes. In fact, that started her love for Real Estate: living all over the world, moving every 3 years; Sheri loved how her Mom could make each new house feel like home.
