Their experience in the industry dates back over 40 years. Richard went to work for Kinco, a major Jacksonville-based window and door manufacturer, in 1979. Gates arrived at the same company shortly thereafter, in 1981. After almost 25 years of working together in the business in nearly every capacity, Richard and Gates launched HomeRite.
